Nice room, Good Location. David was very helpful. Good counsel on getting to Cajas and other locations

the sound of the jacuzzi in other rooms. no time limit meaning people can use their jacuzzi at anytime and it’s very noisy. had to move at 12.30 midnight to another room because of noise

I loved how clean the hotel is. The reception desk is right at the entrance and the people who helped us were kind and friendly.

Location great, very close to alot of restuarants and cafe. Breakfast ok. Room was nice, bed big and comfortable. Loved the bath!!! Hotel very quiet and a nice quiet area.

Exceptionally clean room with amazing Jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and helped us out with taxis etc.

Nice room, good bed, fast wifi. Quiet area of town
staff didn't tell us about things in the hotel, like if we can go to the top or if there was breakfast as part of our stay.

Perfect quiet location for someone who does not want to stay (sometime noisy) downtown,.
The hotel is surrounded by many other excellent restaurants and 15 minutes walk to Parque Calderon.
Very modern, very clean, great breakfast and coffee.
A superb terrace with a spectacular view of Cuenca with a restaurant that wasn't open at the time of our stay (due to the pandemic) but perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening.
Clara (The owner) did everything possible to make our stay very special. Thank you Clara!
