great location easy walk to the Cathedral,
castle and steep hill. It was nicely decorated and had what we needed.
okay for us but very steep stairs would make it difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely location near the castle and pubs,shops and restaurants.House was clean and warm.
Its short on some basic things like wine glasses for example and the upstairs toilet is not fully fixed to the floor so wobbles when you sit on it which is a bit of a strange feeling if your not used to it.

Lovely house, nice decor, comfortable well appointed rooms. Great location close to the Cathedral and bars and restaurants. Nice quiet residential area . Parking permit a bonus. Host gave us all the information we needed.
Could have done with a few more kitchen essentials (eg bowls for the oven to keep food warm). Smoke alarm went off every time we opened the oven door.

Location excellent for Cathedral, castle and town centre.
The stairs were very steep, especially the new attic staircase, which does not comply with Building Regulations.
We were not allowed to use the wood burning stove.
Radiator in the lounge was not working.
Oven gloves not supplied.
Oven trays in poor condition.
No timer to control heating system.
One bedside lamp in the back bedroom not working.
No rugs or carpets, just bare boards everywhere.

The location was perfect. There was everything and more than we expected. We had house envy!!!!!!!

We liked everything! It was spacious, clean, and well located for the city centre. We parked the car using the parking permit and did t use it again until we had to leave. The host contacted me prior to arriving and after the first day, ensuring everything was ok.

location is excellent, and the house is lovely.
no lights in upstairs bedroom or bathroom apart from bedside lights, made it tricky going up the stairs and using the bathroom at night. Also no mirror in the bathroom.

The house had plenty of space and it is a very good location. Every room was comfortably furnished.
The stairs could be quite steep if you had mobility issues

The property itself is so homely, + being very clean it makes for a very comfortable stay.
The property positioning within Lincoln is fantastic, Lincoln castle and cathedral just round the corner, fabulous restaurants, bars just on your doorstep.

plumbing fittings not great, taps needed tightening etc.
door furniture also needed attention and several doors did not shut.

The house is a good size house with good sized rooms. Very close to the town centre and permit provided for parking

The house was lovely with everything you need, modern and a good location, beds comfortable and the living room very cosy, would stay there again. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Heating had been switched off and they had forgotten to leave towels. However we were able to contact the host easily and both were rectified very quickly
