Heritage Villas 2203 dispose de deux suites Master avec salles de bains privées au deuxième étage, chacune avec un lit king size. Le 3ème étage a une reine dans la troisième chambre et la quatrième chambre a 3 lits jumeaux partageant une baignoire. La chambre au troisième étage avec les trois lits jumeaux a un autre lit double dans le grand placard si vous avez besoin d'espace de couchage supplémentaire. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Les Heritage Villas sont à quelques minutes à pied du célèbre Yacht Basin, du club de raquette et du club de golf Links. L'emplacement est populaire parmi les golfeurs ... surtout lors du tournoi annuel de la PGA qui se déroule sur l'île de Hilton Head chaque avril. Les clients apprécieront également la proximité de Harbour Town et du Sea Pines Center en raison du grand choix de restaurants, de boutiques et d'activités de vacances accessibles à pied. Vous trouverez des kilomètres de pistes cyclables dans Sea Pines, passez devant Lawton Stables ou vers Forest Preserve pour un cadre naturel idéal. Bien que le complexe se trouve à 1,6 km de l'océan, les vacanciers peuvent prendre le tramway gratuit et se rendre au Sea Pines Beach Club ou à South Beach depuis le Sea Pines Center, situé juste à côté. Very nicely decorated. Unit had all the items needed. There was a broken chair when we arrived in the living room. There were 2 screws (not the correct ones) holding the base. Eight screws were the correct number required. My husband purchased screws and fastened the pedestal to the chair. Good as new now.

What a wonderful week!! The condo accommodated our group so well! It was also within walking distance to Harbour Town. Heritage Villas also has a fantastic pool! Many wonderful memories made in Heritage Villas 2203.

Our family destination for many years. So many happy memories there with grandparents so we love to go frolic through time. Still a wonderful place for wedding and family gatherings thanks to VRBO and Seashore Vacations! The bikes were an appreciated bonus!! Means so much. Wish the pool was more ready, but early in the season. We were thrilled the weather was so good and could dig in the sand and swim with my grandchildren. Happy Mimi

I called the leasing company to tell them how dirty the unit was. Dirty rags were hanging from the shower door. Unit was half cleaned. He stated that the owner has their own service. Not much has been done to this unit other than new tile floors. The walls were in bad need of painting.

Sea Pines
Surroundings and property were all nice. It was a good distance from the beach and getting our crew back and forth to the beach was challenging. The beach was quite crowded and folks are allowed to set up large tents and umbrellas directly in front of the rental umbrellas and chairs.

Love location!!
This was our first trip to Hilton Head. I loved the location of this property in relation to Harbourtown. That was our favorite area that we explored. The weather wasn't the best during our stay, but the townhouse was spacious so we could spread out during the rain. Thanks!!

We enjoyed the property and the unit. There was an issue with the 3rd floor AC unit on Sunday night and management had someone out quickly to repair and get it up and running before we went to bed.

We were pleased with how quickly we were in and out at check in. We were surprised to see a fenced in area that could accommodate several bicycles. Had we known, we would have brought some, now we know for next time. That same area holds the trash can and has a line for hanging wet towels. Washer and dryer is a great perk. The kitchen has a full empty cabinet to put pantry items. The rest is stocked with tons of utensils, servewear, pots/pans, slow cooker, blender and more. While the family room is small they have procided plenty of comfortable places for a group to sit. The two master bedrooms on the 2nd floor were lovely with their own baths. Third floor bathroom and bedroom are nice sized. The teens lived having their own beds in the 4 twin bed room. Fans are throughout the condo. We liked having two porches off the back, especially while using the charcoal grill. The pool is right in back with plenty of chaises. This location is an easy walk to Harbour Town. The trolley is not as convenient as we thought it would be so we did not utilize it. Our only complaint, one that we realize can’t be fixed easily, is that the second floor bedrooms can hear every step and movement from the third floor bedrooms.

Good time, great location
There were 10 of us staying for the week and this property had plenty of room for all of us. We loved having the pool right out the patio door and the convenience of stores and the beach. We took the trolley to the beach instead of driving, so no sand in our cars! Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the half bath, a pair of boxers left over from someone under one of the beds, the shower curtain liners were in need of a washing (they were mildewed and slimy), we found a petrified frog behind one of the nightstands in one of the king bedrooms and the floors looked clean, but we all had black feet from walking on them. We ended up having to wear shoes or slippers the whole time. Also, the wi-fi worked great for those with android phones, but not at all for those of us with iPhones. Not sure why. We probably would not stay here again.

What a beautiful villa in a stunning location. We were able to enjoy the amazing pool and many other things so easily. It was quiet and very spacious. We would stay here again in a heart beat!
