cooperative staff

the room was clean and tidy only first day. But second and third day no cleaning of room. no change of bed sheets, no garbage collected from bins. only one towel for the couple and even that was not changed. No complementary supply of tea, coffee or water bottle.

Shower area is always flooded with water. No water softener in the taps. No room service, No restaurant inside or outside the property.

Shahayar the only guy cleaning hotel

No internet in room where I stayed. Mattresses too having springs....not good mattresses

New building, Reception staff is good

All rooms full of cigarette smell, especially in bathrooms, Bathroom accessories are not maintained well, Bathroom towels will get up on request only. Cleanliness below average. costly also, not at all value for money. not prefer to stay again

staff not cooperative and not much facilities in hotel room . like for example they did not have things for making tea and even not a single water bottle available to drink neither anywhere in the apartment and nor inside fridge .

The staff were very attentive to the guests comfort and needs
