Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time renting a vacation rental from VRBO so I quite surprised with the lack of essentials provided with our stay. I am accustomed to the rental property providing all necessary essentials during the entirety of the rental period. For example, we were only given one trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dishwasher packet, etc. There were also no cleaning supplies in the unit. Renters should not have to go out and purchase cleaning essentials etc during their stay. We wanted to ensure the condo was well maintained during our stay but we were not given proper supplies. The condo itself was nice and in perfect location on the beach. The beach views were amazing from the balcony. The furniture can be updated since it’s quite old and uncomfortable.

We all enjoyed it! Walking into the place and seeing the ocean was awesome! Both my parents; in their eighties, were pleasantly surprised but wished it was a little warmer so they could enjoy a stroll on the beach. We'll need to do it again soon, when it's warmer. It was our first getaway as a family and it was a blessing.

Also had 2 shower curtain liners replaced,both had mildew/mold all over them.Lady came Sunday to replace, also showed her the ceiling exhaust fan was clogged with dirt and dust so much so muchso it was actually hanging down several inches, don't know how the cleaners could miss it. Also showed her the furnace filter, both units were completely covered with thick dirt. She said they should be changed every 2 weeks, looked like it had been at least a couple of years, the louver doors were full of dust. In leaving she showed me a couple of shower curtain clips she said broke when she changed the liners, said someone would bring replacements, no one did.the top of the refrigerator was filthy.The fitted sheets did not match on the twin beds,double vs twin. Comforter in the mbr was a queen on a king bed. Time to replace the family room furniture, you sink deep in the seats of all the chairs and couches.The worst of all was as we were packing Friday we pulled the beds in the back room away from the walls to make sure the kids didn't drop anything we discovered a Large amount of candy wrappers, dirt and a wad of gum stuck to the wall along with a gum wrapper.Certainely didn't expect this from a "luxury beach rental" costing almost $1100 per day, I will attche photos/video of some of the aforementioned items.

We had the best week! Between the pools/jacuzzies and the easy access and view of the beach; this was a super relaxing vacation. The pictures are accurate and the condo was even bigger than we expected. The most convenient part of the rental was (by far) the washer and dryer! We washed our beach towels every night, which was a gift.

It was close enough to the "action" of Myrtle beach, but far enough away to maintain a family atmosphere. A short car ride got us to the boardwalk, shopping, and other amenities. The view was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The kids loved having the indoor pool and the adults enjoyed the multiple hot tubs. The condo itself was sufficient. The pictures are accurate. It is spacious for a condo and we had plenty of space. However, we have stayed in cleaner and better stocked rentals. The condo was definitely "surface-cleaned" which would be fine for most people, but our family is a little fussier. For example, the baseboards were dirty, the kitchen had a large sticky spot under the coffee pot, and some of the comforters looked like they needed to either be washed or replaced. There was some upgrading that could be done in terms of furniture, especially on the outdoor patio. As far as the kitchen and linens, they left something to be desired. It seemed like we were constantly running the dishwasher just to have sufficient utensils (there were only 8 of us staying- including 2 kids), and there seemed to be very few knives and other serving utensils. Again, it worked okay, but could definitely be improved. In terms of linens, there were enough for our group, but no extras. We ran a load of towels every day. I would assume a rental company would provide more than one per person of at least washcloths. Personally, I like to change those frequently, especially with 8 people in a house. Lastly, the garbage chute needed a key which was lacking in the house. It took me a couple of days to get one from the rental company. I understand that it was the weekend when we arrived, but one garbage with multiple people and you need to be able to take it out!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo to others with the caveats mentioned.

We could not of been happier with this property. For once the property was better than the pictures. The AC was broke when we checked in and the maintenance worker was very friendly and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I will definitely stay here on my next trip!!!

This condo was a fabulous place for our multi-generational family to stay! The condo itself is large and has enough bedrooms for everyone and the location was fantastic. We were right on the beach and also close to all the entertainment we wanted. I would definitely consider staying at this condo on a future trip!

This was an amazing condo. It fit 13 of us comfortably without issue. The property management was very helpful and prompt. We were all very pleased from the experience and would come again.
