The unit was clean and extra bed sheets extra towels enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids

No AC and No fan in the unit when we got it was very hot

We loved the convenience/location with respect to the Village and Market. Loved the boot dryer!

The bed was uncomfortable, needs to be rotated, there were dips in the latge bed and the bottom bunk. We had to check out on Friday to catch our flight to leave the Country due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Tried to call Vacasa but over 198 calls were in queue. We still need to get our credit for leavin 2 days early. I called on Wednesday and was told that I could get credit for a future stay in a Vacasa unit.

It's right on the ski out and very close to the village. This unit has a window that faces the outside which is beautiful. It's really cute and cozy. Parking and instructions were easy to follow.

The location is more for the locals who live and work at Big White so it's not a place where you are able to play music or laugh loudly. We were constantly getting noise complaints and we were well outside of quiet hours. So if you're going to have a fun time with friends I would choose another location because they complain frequently even when you're being a reasonable noise level. The hotub and pool are indoors and other units balconies face inward as they don't have windows to the outside. There is no oven or dishwasher.
