Situé à Lakewood, ce charmant maison pour 120 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain pause Maison d'hôtes haut de gamme nichée près de la montagne verte et à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de Golden ou à 16 minutes du centre-ville de Denver. Quartier calme avec accès à de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pistes cyclables et idéalement situé à proximité du parc et de l'amphithéâtre Red Rocks, de l'école des mines, du Colorado Mills Mall, des cafés et des restaurants. Six minutes à pied de la station de tramway.

Great location and neighborhood. Close to Red Rocks and Denver West shopping/restaurants. This space has been nicely created at the front of the home. There is a separate entrance close to your private off street parking. Easy to check in, well lit, clean, great kitchen even without a full size oven. (counter oven) Large bath and loads of storage in both bed and bathroom. Cozy living room and easy to access streaming or TV channels.
My first night I had a humidifier going which happened to set off the fire alarm, yikes, and the hosts were very gracious but concerned!

Such a clean and quiet property! Was a 10 minute drive to Red Rocks and super easy to get to! Perfect for our stay in Denver. We took a day trip to Boulder which was about 45 minutes.

The towels smelled amazing. My only critiques would be: 1) that it would be nice if the sheer shades in the kitchen were solid, 2) it needs a window covering on the front door, and 3) and the bed was also not the most comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, etc., communication and check in was a breeze. Overall, we would definitely book again. Thank you for a nice long weekend!

Quiet neighborhood, definitely not a party house. Enjoyed the peace! Home had everything you need. Even has stadium seats if you’re going to a concert.

We came up for a night to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The location is perfect. The place is very comfortable and suited us well. Sophia is a great host and we would not hesitate to recommend this spot.

This was a great place to stay and was very clean and comfortable . There were very clear instructions on checking in and out and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!!

This property was as listed and was as good in person as it appears in photos. Clean , clean, clean, and so nice to have a kitchen to cook in and decent size bathroom. This is perfect for a couple or a couple and 2 small kids. Having access to washer and dryer was also so nice. All for about the same price as a motel room! This was a great value.

The place was immaculate! Had all the extras and then some. It was in a super location, really cute place with upgraded kitchen and bath. We loved that there were no stairs and the parking spot was so close to the front door. It made it easy to manage for my mom with mobility issues. It was 2 minutes away from Bono’s, an Italian restaurant we stumbled across that was amazing!! If I had to pick a negative, the only thing I wasn’t nuts about was having to take our shoes off or wear plastic booties. Not sure why since floors are all hard surface and easy to clean. This was extremely difficult for my mom but, their house, their rules😄

I loved this place was very clean and cute. It was easy to get to and had food close by the people that run it do an amazing job with the place felt like home away from home. We were only there for a night but i couldn't have asked for anything better.

Stayed for 9 amazing days. Originally from the area. Great location to Boulder, Denver, mountains, etc. Very clean, safe and kitchen is great for quick meals if needed. The pull out couch, unfortunately, we could not sleep on for more than two nights due to springs sticking out, tilting down at head area and overall uncomfortable. Had to send two people to sleep elsewhere and we can sleep just about on anything. If more than two people, would not recommend staying for long. Otherwise, great stay.

Sofia is a great host! Efficient and thorough with her communication. Her guest home is inviting and very clean. My husband and I were very comfortable with our stay over our short weekend stay in the Denver area.

It was just the right size for the two of us. Very clean. Because of the weather we were never able to take advantage of the closeness of the train depot to go into downtown but we found plenty to do. The bed was comfortable.
