Awesome location with superb views. The unit has everything you would need, including DSTV and a gas braai on the balcony.

- The view is indeed BREATHTAKING! Great flat, great location and everything clean and maintained
- The gas braai was very convenient on the balcony and a BIG plus. So much so that I recommend a bit of an upgrade on the existing one (self igniter faulty, 1 burner short for even heat distribution and fat drips out making a mess on tge floor)
- The second bedroom gets afternoon sun and is exceptionally hot with the fan not making a difference. An aircon should be considered.
- In the same bedroom, the 5th bed is VERY flimsy and not suitable for sleeping on and might just collapse if an adult dares to sit on it
- The mattress in the main bedroom has a dip in the middle which might be an indication of not to many miles left 😉

Flat was clean & neat. Well maintained unit. For the first time ever in Natal, this was the first unit we stayed with absolutely no roaches. Really impressive.
