I cant say anything positive, so I wont say anything.

I paid for the place ahead of time and tried calling the man who owns the place several times a few days before I was to arrive a day late and never was able to talk to him -- I finally was told that when I called late one evening when I arrived that I was calling to late -- so I had to book another place and so I requested a 60% refund and I have not heard back from him -- I unfortunately am reporting that he scammed me out of the money that I paid ahead of time -- I had tried calling him to tell him that I was arriving a day late but he was unable to talk on the phone because there was a party and then the following day I called at hours he was unavailable - I am sorry but I am expecting communication from him and also some kind of refund.. ---
