Great location for families looking for a quiet place. Well situated, with a lot privacy, sea view from first floor and roof top. Apartment is very comfortable, nicely furnished, with very well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine. Terrace is spacious and very nice for dining. Very nice pool area with greenery. Parking slots just in front, additionally there is a garage but we never had to use it. The owner is very nice, making sure that your stay is comfortable and always ready to help. Palm Mar is a more quiet town, not so touristic, without loud music, crowds and hundreds of people trying to sell you something. At the same time you have everything you need such as shops, bakeries, and restaurants (two very good, local ones just steps away from the apartment). It is a great starting point for trips to western and eastern parts of the island. All together highly recommended!!!

The apartament is located in very nice area. Very good restaurant El Pescaito is just oposite. There is everything you need to live in: kitchen fully equipped, towels, cleaning accesories, washing machine, nice patio. The garden and swimming pool are very good looking and clean. Landlord Yves is very friendly and always willing to help. Super quick and convenient connect via WhatsUp. There is a range of tv programmes in case you need some quite time when with kids ;) Parking space in the area was easy to find but there is also underground car place to be used. Also the place is close to the nice beach. Hoping to be back there again. Thank you!
