Clean , spacious & location 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Beautiful pool area. Food is superb and excellent value. Amazing Chef! Just Amazing!!! Staff were absolutely fantastic. Reception, Cleaning Staff, Bar staff and pool waitresses all so friendly and helpful!! Special mention to Ruth around the pool, never stopped working but always so friendly and helpful. Above and beyond!! Made our holiday!!

We arrived at night! Not very well lit outside! We feel maybe a bigger sign or lighting to make it stand out! Rooms basic but spotlessly clean so no complaints. Pool area closes at 8pm, so nowhere to get a drink after this!

Pool area is great and was child friendly but seemingly the hotel has changed rules regarding this. Food served at pool is good value and good food. Hotel is in a good location thiough the building and bar area below and at the front of the hotel was derelict when we stayed ( sep 22 ) though this did save us from what I suspect would be a noisy bar if open directly below the room.

We spent the first part of our stay with no aircon working in the bedroom of our apartment. Leading to a dissapointing start to the stay and a ambivalent response from the manager ragarding a solution. All together I would stay again purely on the service and treatment we received.

The pool is beautiful the rooms are basic but fairly modern but have clearly been done on a budget and a bit of bodged job. The drains are awful, the smell was unbearable we had to move rooms because of the sewage problem, the second rooms shower drains didn’t work. the kitchen was so small it was hard to use and lacked much cooking equipment. The staff were lovely.

clean rooms, nice staff, poolside food and drinks were good. very close to a local shop and a number of bars, restaurants and small beaches. it’s also very close to the water taxi which is useful. there is also a taxi rank outside.

the pool opens quite late. it would be nice to have the bar area open later too so that you could have a drink in the evening.

The location is perfect, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, the rooms are basic but fairly modern and clean.

Our first room had a shower that changed from scolding hot water to freezing cold water no matter what temperature you set it to. The drains in the bathroom were so bad that the whole room became unbearable to be in, meaning we had to change rooms half way through our stay. The new room we were given was lovely, but the drains in the shower didn’t drain away meaning the bathroom flooded when you had a shower, the hotel did rectify this, but again the temperature did the same as our previous room which is hard when you have a young child with you, and makes showers fairly in un enjoyable, our fridge stopped working for over 24 hours meaning we had to bin meat we had brought. And again the drain smell in the bathroom is very strong.
