Clean and tidy and very conveniently located for the airport

Ahead of time and at check in I asked for a room that did not connect to another room and that was not next to an elevator. Very disappointingly I was given a room that connected to another room and was right beside the elevator! The replacement room had an extremely noisy and drafty fan that kept us awake!

The fire alarm woke us up at 6am.

Accomodating and friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms and cleanliness.

The only way to enter was through the front door. You would have to walk around in case your parking was at the back. The nearest emergency doors didn't have a card reader to open to access the building.

Beautiful Hotel Very clean, only 5 minutes walk from Airport, great staff and service, good facilities, nice restaurant with good food and atmosphere, good selection of drinks at bar, big comfortable room with fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, walk in shower, again good facilities, nice breakfast in the morning, shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Airport but just as easy to walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the location for viewing planes. The room was nice! The staff were friendly at check in and check out, and also very kind to me prior to coming. I had reached out to ask if we could get a room looking at the airport for my 8 year old son, and they pre-selected one on the top floor for us. Very kind and made my sons whole day. The lobby is beautiful! The Moments restaurant for dinner was very good. Reasonably priced, and the power bowl I ordered was the best I ever had!

Did not like the breakfast at all. Not kid friendly. There were wraps, but they were not warm. My children won't eat wraps with kale, etc. Most continental breakfasts have trays that have scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, homefries or pancakes. Also, there is almost always a waffle maker. There is usually a fridge with yogurts of different varieties, but here there was a big bowl of yogurt... open to the air... and one flavor. The fruit seemed to be canned fruit. Again, all in one bowl. The bagels and muffins were also open to the air and therefore stale. Very very disappointed. For the price point of this hotel, I would expect FAR better. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated. No explanation was given at checkout or at all. Guests were clearly tired from that, and a later checkout should have been offered, even half an hour to an hour. Parking is $28 a day! Did not see that anywhere when I booked!! Pool deck needs cleaning. Hair everywhere. The day we arrived, as well as the next morning when we used the pool so it wasn't cleaned. Also, my daughter slipped on the top stair of the pool (shallow end) and cut her back. The stairs could use to have a bit of grip to them.

Odd being 2 hotels in one; was I a first or second class citizen?

Most comfy king bed. Great large bathroom & shower. Our room was fresh looking & current.

Breakfast could’ve been better Fridge needs to be checked before check in - ours wasn’t cold.

Close to the airport (walking distance). Nice bead and bathroom. Clean. Restaurant open until 10 pm.

The entrance is deceiving. It needs more signals!

The room had a strong curry smell from previous guests using the kitchen. Not the hotels fault, but I won't choose to stay in a room with a full kitchen again

The room & on site facilities were good. Food & beverage staff were very good.

The need to charge my credit card for additional fees over & above a security fee of $50 per night. It has been a week now & this extra fee has not yet been released. We owed only $113 Canadian in F&B charges however we have been charged $325.00 CA. This action just leaves a very bad impression of the hotel. If this money is not returned over the next week I have no option but to advise visa of fraud.

Nice big room with kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Decent airport shuttle service, very prompt in the morning which was nice.

A bit expensive for what you get, but you are probably just paying for being close to the airport.
