Modern and comfortable room. Room cleaning and two bottles of water provided daily. Reception helped with airport taxi. The street felt safe and is a few blocks away from main walking street. No problem walking after dark. Sauna and jacuzzi included for 45 minutes were relaxing and spotless. Pleasant surprise was that our room was ready when we arrived before 10 am.

Breakfast not included, but there was an abundance of nice cafes in centre walking distance. No complaints.

Personel was perfect and really helpful. Breakfasts simple but tasteful. Good localisation. Easy access to all interesting places, restaurants.

Honestly can't say anything bad about the stay - it was all wonderful.

What I liked about the hotel was the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious the bed was amazing, wifi could be better but overall a 10/10.

wifi could drop out but considering it’s in a mountain jungle town this is only a minor inconvenience.

The people in the hotel gave us a feeling of "home". Very friendly, helpful and sincere. The place is modern and extremely clean and well kept. One of the best places I ever stayed in the world !

We only stayed here for one night but we really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in the center but in a quiet street, close to everything you need. The room was very spacious, huge bed and good shower. It was also really nice that we could use the sauna and jacuzzi for 45 minutes (included in the price). We enjoyed this a lot, it was very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful, overall we had a great experience.

Amazing place. Beautiful rooms, very modern and clean. Art work on the walls, lots of plants in the common areas. Individual heater in the room if needed! Lovely staff and you can reserve a private 45 minutes in the spa. Good wifi, restaurant on the premises.

The lack of breakfast included even with an expensive taxes .

The hotel was comfortable

on the days I stay it was a guest that was screaming in the night and freak me out the personnel whom was doing guard in the night didn´t react to fast to stop the noise.

The private spa was the main reason for our stay at Villa Mureno. It was beyond our expectations, especially in being private. We purchased an additional hour because we loved it so much. The hotel provided us with complimentary green drinks which was a lovely surprise. Manuel was very friendly, charming, and made sure to make us feel comfortable during our stay.

We ate at other places near by. I did eat a couple meals in the room and one meal at dining room. Meals were ok that were delivered to room. The torts I ate in dining area was a little chewy. Could not eat much of the atrochara beef in torta.
