This was the 1st time we'd booked with Homeaway and the booking process was very easy. We had a couple of queries for the property management and got speedy replies and were very happy communicating with them. Got all the details we required well in advance of our stay and delighted with them.
The apartment itself is absolutely lovely, spotless, well decorated, roomy and spacious, well equipped kitchen and large balcony which gets the sun almost all day. Could not fault the apartment one bit.
It's within the Cristian Sur complex which as a whole is a lovely complex, very clean, nice staff, the gardens are very well kept and lovely pools. It's within about a 10 minute walk to the beach and main resort of Los Cristianos but there are also a number of bars & restaurants right on your doorstep or at the most a short stroll.
One bugbear was trying to get sunbeds and reserving beds. If you are not down at 9 o clock on the button when the beds get unlocked, then forget getting a bed. Everyone would get beds, reserve them with their towels then leave. I went down at 9.05 and every single bed was taken but there was not a soul there, the pool area was deserted. Frustrating to say the least. Frequently, families of up to 8 people would reserve 8 beds then go away and not show up until 1 in the afternoon. Suppose it's the same all over but still annoying.
Our biggest and most disappointing bugbear of the whole holiday is the unfortunate location of the apartment within the complex. It is directly above the cafe/bar and almost every night, inconsiderate guests would often sit until 1 or 2 in the morning shouting and allowing their children to run around screaming. It got so bad one night, I went out and asked them to keep the noise down and to be fair, they called it a night. However, our neighbours weren't so lucky and when they went out to another family to ask politely just to keep the noise down, they got the height of cheek back and had to complain to reception. Other neighbours also complained to reception. Then just when you're fast asleep, you'll be wakened at 7 every morning when the cafe opens and the banging of tables and chairs starts up. 8 o clock, the 1st guests arrive and the air hockey & pool table gets going so forget sleeping! Other reviewers did mention it but we didn't appreciate how noisy it would be.

The apartment is situated above the restaurant area and it was very noisy. 6:30 in the morning you could here dragging chairs and in the nighttime people shouting, laughing etc felt as if they were in the bedroom with us!!!

Apartment nice but not very clean had to clean bathroom before we could shower. Bar right underneath apartment lots of noise till midnight. Then open bar again at 7 am dragging chairs and tables. Would not recommend apartment to friends or family and very over priced

The apartment was lovely with a large balcony & washing machine. No wi-fi (which is the first private rent we have been in without it). English channels available on the TV which was good as the weather was rubbish. The only reason we would not stay here again is the noise from 6.30am ish each morning from the cafe directly below the bedroom window dragging chairs about for what seemed like an eternity, unless you are in a coma there is no way you can have a sleep in.

The only reason we would not stay here again is the noise from 6.30am ish each morning from the cafe directly below the bedroom window dragging chairs about for what seemed like an eternity, unless you are in a coma there is no way you can have a sleep in.

As other reviews the very minor negatives are because of its location above the supermarket and cafe it can be a little noisy, especially first thing, however this would not deter me from booking this place again. There was also an issue with picking up TV channels, but when i asked i was told this was because they were changing over from Analogue to Digital so hopefully this issue should go away. All in all a great time had by all !!

Been coming to the island for over 20 years, love coming to Tenerife, know the lovely restaurants and also were the entertainment was. Love going to the Soul suite and the Margaretta as they have good entertainment on. Will be coming back next year.

Very pleasant and more than adequate apartment. Resort very well maintained, with plenty of restaurants and local amenities in close proximity. Quieter than Playa De Las Americas, which really suited us and only a short walk to the beach front. Would definitely use this apartment again for any future visits.

Nice apartment but TV didn't work
Nice apartment with good standard of finish. Downside was the TV reception was so poor that you couldn't watch it. Reported twice over 2 days and was told it was the weather. Needless to say it had nothing to do with the weather but we were without TV for the whole week. Also bedroom is directly above the cafe bar which opened early in the morning and could disturb you around 7.30 as staff moving tables and chairs around

Perfect holiday
Lovely apartment comfortable and roomy well equipped. Short walk to bars restaurants and beach. Although may be very hot in summer with no a/c or ceiling fans

Lovely Apartment
Lovely furbished apartment decorated to a high standard. Large complex with good facilities including pools and restaurant / bar.
We particularly liked the walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen and lounge reclining settee with UK television channels available.
Many restaurants and bars within close proximity. Main Beach about 15 min walk but harbour beach about 10 mins away.
Will definitely be staying here again.
The only potential downside is for those wishing to retire early the noise from the Bar below could an issue

Property was really nice .the location was awful
The property was very modern .i would not recommend this property to anybody as its in a very noisy location . Your bedroom window is right above a restaurant come bar .it is surposse to close at twelve but what they do is let customers double up on there drinks and shut the bar and the customers sit there till some mornings gone 1:30 and as there is no air con or fans in apartment you have to have bedroom window open and you can hear every word that's being said . Then of a morning between 6:15 and 6:45 the cleaners come and all you can hear is chairs being dragged around . So after only a few hours sleep your awake again . Not an ideal place to stay if you want to relax .i work all year and have to be up early all year and don't want to on holiday .

Great Central apartment easy walk to everything including beach
Apartment location was great and from airport only €6 by bus definitely recommend transfer this way..only took 20 minutes with 3 cases it was so easy ..Apartment had everything you could want 40"TV english channel's and washing machine handy extras. Used Chinese across road excellent value with free wine ate on balcony a few times with sun mainly morning and evening but so many nice restaurant's close by to choose from...did have a issue with keys one evening with my daughter being asleep in apartment and myself being locked out! complex didn't have spare keys ...this issue was addressed but found the complex a little unhelpful in this situation ...apartment is directly over the shop which is convenient on one hand but a bit noisy in morning when cleaners are about early ...you can use 3 pools and all are kept clean and immaculate...I had to ask for linen change on a 10 day stay however it was done eventually but all in all for what we paid for the apartment was a great find ...and I would return ...a new sofa was in the apartment which was a recliner and very comfy ...a few extra pillows in bedrooms needed,bathroom modern and clean with walk in shower. If your looking for a comfy apartment then I would recommend a stay here it's not 5 star...but certainly value for money compared to other in the complex that aren't private. ..it has a nice few touches to make your stay more comfortable.

Overall satisfactory, some improvements required.
Apartment nearly up to expectations. Bedroom/Bathroom/Kitchen layout first class. However unfortunately, we felt that the sofa let the apartment down, being most uncomfortable, also appearing worn and stained, another chair in the apartment would help. On arriving at apartment informed management that shower cleanliness was not acceptable, (nothing done about it), we were not even welcomed by staff to the apartment, or asked if everything was satisfactory. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay as always at Cristian Sur.

Great location spacious clean apartment, tv has English channels + sky sports having washing machine real plus.
Sun beds available all day with no charge ,2 shops underneath for all your needs and great sandwiches and pies next door to reception .
Been coming to cristianos for years ,Treasure Chinese opposite best Chinese in cristianos and really cheap.
Taylor's bar 5 mins walk for all sport and great breakfast & food .this bar is busy day and night Paul (owner ) great fella .taxi rank opposite € 5 to las Americas safari center for more great bars and restarants

Excellent apartment...
We found the apartment to be very well equipped and decorated to a very high standard. The bathroom is very nice with a washing machine which came in very handy.
We found the beds to be very comfortable allow some extra pillows would have helped.
The bedroom window is right next to the cafe and the only disturbance we found was early in the morning with the shuffling of chairs and the clang of pool balls. All in all not bad at all.
The living area is very nice with a nice big flat telly with a few english channels. The settee is very comfortable and theres a nice glass coffee table.
The apartment is right on the corner above the supermarket with a big balcony but no sun when we where there. (December)
The Christian Sur complex is very nice, with a cafe, laundery, 4 pools and gardens. There is an excellent sandwich shop there as well thats worth a mention. The complex is situated just right for us because we like the many bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
