The location was perfect as we were five minutes from everything. Free parking was also good.

We have been OVERCHARGED for this stay and have been trying to get the money back for OVER A MONTH. We will not let this go till we get it NOR give up, no-one is ever available to talk to us about it and we are constantly told "your refund request has been sent through" yet NOONE is trying to tell us what is happening! Disgraceful and nothing less of thievery. The place was dirty ($160 cleaning fee for for WHAT), shoes were worn constantly as your feet would be BLACK. The "free toiletries" were not provided as per the image. There was NO mention of a lack of air-conditioning and being summer in our location, it was so uncomfortable. Not to mention we had to go and BUY our own fan as they don't even supply one. I will ensure to pass on my bad feedback to ALL that i know to ensure they never go through the hassles we are STILL going through with these people.
