Niché dans Toccoa, ce attractif maison pour 115 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain pause Détendez-vous pendant un week-end / quelques jours dans une maison calme et confortable. Toccoa est une petite ville de Géorgie qui croit toujours aux magasins pittoresques, au service amical et à la bonne cuisine. (même un groupe de country / jazz libre qui joue dans le centre-ville tous les samedis soirs pendant certains mois) à 30 miles de Helen & alors vous êtes au plus profond de la montagne. L'hiver peut laisser tomber quelques centimètres de neige, l'été apporte beaucoup de soleil. Toccoa tombe 5 minutes, la gorge Tallulah 17 miles. 30 miles presque toutes les directions et vous êtes dans les montagnes. Motards bienvenus !! Si vous souhaitez avoir un feu de soirée relaxant, il y a un baril de combustion. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz dans le hangar. (Si vous préférez un feu de charbon de bois, il y a aussi un petit barbecue au charbon de bois)

As already said, this is a fantastic little place. We really enjoyed our time and we would give it high marks to anyone who might be asking. Our host answered questions in a timely manner and he was very helpful. No complaints at all.

From start to finish this rental was great!! Hardy provides a great, well stocked home with extra amenities like breakfast foods that are provided just for you. The home is clean and well kept up. And the owner stays in touch and is available if anything is needed. Was perfect for our small family Thanksgiving celebration. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

I needed some quiet time to myself, and to stay near where my daughter was at Camp Mikell. This house could have housed two couples and two kids comfortably. The host was generous with access to cooking supplies, bread, eggs, and milk. The bed was comfy. Access to Roku on TV was nice. If you've never been to Toccoa, cell phone coverage is spotty in the area, so make sure to GPS before you walk out the door. I would recommend this host and this location to a friend. Enjoy!

We were there for a wedding and it was a great spot in Toccoa. Hardy was very thorough in his instructions and was there to answer any questions. House was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. Will definitely stay there again in our next visit to Toccoa!

I can not state enough how wonderful this property was. The owner communicated with us from the time we made the reservation until we checked out. He had everything clearly labeled, and included a lot of extra information about the area. He had thought of everything we could have needed during our stay, including breakfast items, pantry staples, and extra toiletries in case we had forgotten anything. We had our dogs with us and they could not believe they got to play in the huge fenced-in yard. They live in the city, so this was quite a treat. We were in town to visit family, and the house was only about ten minutes from my in-laws. We can't wait to come back next year and stay in the house once again!

The home owner keeps a lovely and functional 3 bedroom home! He was terrific at communicating, and completely helpful.
We cooked several meals at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked. We appreciated having kitchen supplies so if we forgot bread or spices, etc, we were set. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, including me, and I'm super picky about beds! Great for a small family or a couples get-away!

Description and pictures of this property do it justice. Exactly what we expected. Home away from home in a nice quiet area. Fenced in yard was a plus for my dog so she could get some much needed exercise after a 6 hour trip to burn off some energy. Very clean and well stocked with eating/ cooking supplies and food. Property owner, Hardy kept in touch and was a text or phone call away if we needed him. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely be inquiring on the property again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We chose the accommodations for the proximity to lake Toccoa events facility. My son’s wedding was held at this facility. The location was perfect for me to run back and forth for set up and getting ready for the wedding. Hardy was so kind and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs.

Wonderful stay. Very clean living space and well manicured yard. Close proximity to Toccoa Falls, Helen, and a number of other attractions. Owner was very welcoming and reached out on check-in day to see if we needed anything. Our daughter attends college a few miles away. We will definitely be back and book this property again.

We booked this weekend for a girls weekend. We were looking for a place near hiking trails, wineries and cooler weather. This was the perfect spot. We drove to tallulah gorge and did the rims trails so the dogs could hike with us beautiful scenery and well maintained trails. Then we headed up to Tiger to visit Stonewall creek winery which is dog friendly winery. The petit zin was our favorite. On the way home, we stopped at Tallulah adventures and enjoyed a beverage and flatbread. We loved the outdoor area here. This cottage was an amazing place to return too. We spent lots of time in the yard watching the pups and enjoying the wedding goers. Flat rock farm, a wedding venue, is right down the hill. Hardy, the owner of the cottage sent us many great suggestions and left us breakfast and snacks for the weekend! We will be back and hopefully for a longer trip!

Such a beautiful property. Hardy really went out of his way to give us a perfect stay. Our group was amazed by the breakfast and food available to us during the stay. We used the home to prepare for my Wedding at Toccoa Falls- which was not even a 5 minute drive. I am incredibly grateful for the hospitality and a great nights sleep the nights before my wedding!

We loved our stay at Hardy’s place in Toccoa. We came into town for my sisters wedding and unknowingly booked this house, which was 600ft from the reception venue! Hardy was so quick with communication and always available to answer questions. He even gave suggestions on restaurants in the area to take “The Bride” to celebrate before her big day. The house is fully stocked with everything we could need, including breakfast, some snacks, and all cooking items. I would highly recommend staying here! Even our dog enjoyed his stay!

It was just the right size, dog friendly, well stocked, comfy & super clean. The close location to the college was just right for my lunch breaks. This is an Awesome Place
My family has stayed at a lot of VRBO's in the past but there is no comparison to this one. Hardy was so attentive, responsive to any of our questions, and the home itself fit our every need. I've never had one so well stocked with everything we needed and more. An added perk was how centrally located it was to everything in Toccoa, but secluded enough to give you peace & quite. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Toccoa area in the future.

Excellent location for any event at the Toccoa waterfall. An older home that’s been modernized with all the appliances & upgraded shower area. Quiet with good separation from neighboring homes. Pet friendly was a big positive since our Yorkie is a beloved member of the family. 😁

Home away from Home!
When I first rented this property it was because of the great location and the perfect size for my family. When we got there and saw all of the wonderful amenities and thoughtful things Hardy had put in the house for us we were blown away! To arrive and have milk in the fridge and bread on the shelf was such a luxury with the kids! The yard was beautifully maintained for the kids to run around in! And we were essentially across the street from my sisters wedding! Five stars all the way!

We enjoyed walking our dog outside around the property, which is quiet and beautiful. The house was super clean and well stocked. Hardy even provided everything we needed to have some breakfast and snacks during our stay. Communication was excellent. There was even an optional camera that we were able to connect with on our phone to keep an eye on our fur baby (in his crate) while we were at the wedding. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property.

We came to Toccoa to celebrate holiday with family in town and Hardy's place was soooo perfect for our family of 5 AND our 2 small dogs. The house was exactly what the listing said and so cozy! We loved the mud room entance- it was great for the dogs on the rainy days. Hardy puts so much thought into what a family might need and it's there. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting family.
