Bathroom floor mats next to toilet and sink old and dirty, needed to be replaced with new, refrigerator ice maker not working so no ice, stained carpets.

The cottage was wonderful, beds comfortable .

The steps into cottage need major repairs and hand rails need tightend.

Cleanliness was exceptional and the convenience to all the attractions of pigeon forge were remarkable. We will definitely be back in the near future 🙂

Location was great, Facility was clean and very comfortable

The steps and entrance needs replacing and was very shaky and screws sticking out in multiple places and the dryer vent that exits out below facility needs cleaning along with what looked to be black mold surrounding vent area.

The unit was really clean.

The driveway is shared with the renal next door. At times our driveway was blocked by all the cars at the rental next to ours.

Peaceful and quite place to stay. Not far off the road from attractions and restaurants and no hills and curves. Great parking space. Kitchen fully equipped with cooking supplies. Plenty towels. Loved having tv in bedrooms and livingroom.

It was little hard to find even with the directions that were given in the email. Only thing is I would recommend patio chairs that don't lean so far back and little more comfortable and maybe add swing on patio or down by picnic table. Other than that great place for nice vacation stay.
