Perfect size home for myself, wife and 2 children. The location was perfectly nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Zephyr Heights. Great for walks. Super close to beach, park and restaurant. Excellent lighting throughout the house. The home was spacious and well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc.

No a/c, no cable. But this is in the listing, we just overlooked that it was missing. Super steep driveway and no matter how slow we drove or how we angled our car, it scraped terribly every time we left or arrived. We got stuck a couple of times with spinning tires. No parking on the street due to fines and/or towing. A lifted vehicle would clear this easily. Duvet cover in master bedroom had an unsightly stain. Mattress protector sheet in guest bedroom had large red stain. Gross! We washed the duvet on day one because it was visible upon walking into the room but didn't notice the guest bedroom stain until the last day when we stripped the sheets. This really should be replaced. I believe this is a result of the checkout process. It is asked that the guests (if they have time) to please start a load of laundry of sheets and/or towels to help out housekeeping, in addition to starting a load of dishes in the dishwasher. If the guests do not pre-treat stains or use hot water, stains could be left behind. There were a few dirty dishes that had not been checked prior to putting them away in the cupboard. Probably just an oversight. There were multiple remote controls for the television with no instructions, along with a couple of cables to plug in. Since cable was not offered, we had to figure out how to access our personal Netflix account through the DVD player. First we had video with no sound, then sound with no video, until we finally figured it out. Instructions would be helpful.
