We found this property to have everything we needed. The location was perfect. We appreciated having the safe designated parking space that is secured with a gate. The communication was very prompt. All directions were very easy to follow.

Great location. We were able to get to all places without moving the car for the three days we were there. We enjoyed walking everywhere.
We had a small issue finding the parking area, but it was quickly resolved.
House needs a few more coffee mugs. There were only three and we were four. Dishwasher tray needs a couple rollers. Other than that, all was in order and met our needs.
There was an ample supply of starter items.

Property was clean, cozy, pretty well stocked with amenities, and had parking for our Motorcycles which was a huge plus. It's literally stumbling distance to Duval in the art gallery area. Plenty of bars, attractions, shops right outside your door. Quiet-ish area also, for Key West anyway. Not too many loud screaming people, just the usual roosters.

This place was everything we were looking for. Great location, perfect size, nicely furnished and great ownership. The easy to follow directions were greatly appreciated and the contact and communication were very easy and friendly. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

This little gem was a great place to stay for our five nights in Key West. The location is in walking distance to absolutely everything. The apartment was very clean and in great shape. Having a little gated off parking lot for our car was convenient. The management staff are very responsive and super helpful. The only downsides were the almost non-existent water pressure in the shower. If you have a lot of hair, factor in a bit more getting ready time. We were only there during one "weekend" night which was Friday. It was the only night that noise was a concern. We could hear loud music until about midnight in the bedroom that led to the balcony. Honestly, we could have just moved rooms and it would have been a non issue. All in all, we very much enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

I almost don’t want to tell y’all how fantastic this cute little place was!! It’s perfection as far as location, comfortable beds, plenty of room, and full kitchen!! You are steps away from Duval street and Cuban Coffee Queen! No joke! We will stay here again. Thanks for sharing this gem with us, we had a blast celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary.

Just Off Duval is perfect for a friends getaway! My best friend and I just stayed 4 nights and it was the right amount of time for our first visit to Key West.
The location is spot-on! Tucked back down a cute little alley that is literally feet away from Duval Street. Within walking distance to either end of Duval (we walked to the Southernmost Point one day and to Mallory Square every evening for the sunset). Thanks to this alley, we could be fully immersed in the nightlife one minute and then just steps later be in the cool, quiet condo!
The rental itself was very clean and tidy. Fresh linens and towels, as well as beach towels, were provided! The porch faces the alley and was great for people and animal watching (chickens, iguanas, a cat)! The beds were very comfortable and didn't squeak like another review said.
The concierge service was extremely helpful because I ordered provisions ahead of time and they were waiting for us when we arrived! The property manager, Whitney, was easy to communicate with and provided us with all the information we needed regarding check-in/check-out, provision orders, tour scheduling, island rentals, you name it!
I absolutely plan on renting this place again in the future! It was outstanding!

We've stayed at several VBRO a little disappointed with this unit as the floors were dirty an turned your feet black. The lack of dressers was also disappointing as we had to pretty much live out of our suitcases for the week. Next rental will not be near Duval street as the bar across the street (the Backyard) played loud music til after 3:00am the music reverted down the ally way, earplugs did not help! All in all another great week in paradise.

The best thing about this property by far was the location. In the center of so much fun! Everything was as pictured as well. The communication and amenities were subpar though. We never received a code to get in so we had wait outside with our luggage and call property management to get in, additionally the cleaning crew arrived before our check out time of 10AM so we had to hurry and get out. Both beds were extremely squeaky and loud and kept us up. Overall we had a good time, but expected a little more for the big price tag.

The property was clean and the description was very accurate. Great to have a designated parking space. I would recommend The Cuban coffee place right next door! The manager was excellent. A little noisy the second night, but expected when you are that close to Duval. Had to be very careful on the stairs.

I appreciate the overall level of concern and it's a nice place in a good location, near Duval Street. It was definitely noisier than I expected--music from restaurants, roosters, people shouting. Dealing with black stuff coming out of the bathtub faucet was annoying, although at least a plumber came quickly. The biggest thing was the squeaky bedsprings on one of the beds, which was ridiculously noisy and did not get a response.
