The apartment was super clean, comfortable and warm in winter. The neighborhood is quiet, but equipped with local shops for any need. The apartment is conveniently located from the center of Ioannina. Easy parking. The host was very kind.
Please, provide more cutlery and one extra chair if you are renting to families. Also, only two big towels were provided. The mattress was too soft.

This was a very last minute booking. The owner was very accommodating. Despite the late hour, it had refreshments of coffee, tea, toasts, butter and jams with water in the fridge.

Great Apartment, the owner met us late in the evening, offered us food from his restaurant and drinks, when we left early in the morning they helped us order a taxi. the apartment has everything you need. Thank you!

Easy location, restaurants, and grocery shops and restaurants nearby, it was easy to contact the host who showed up within 5 minutes, nice helpful man, the apartment is so cleaned and reasonably spacious for our purpose to spend one night with kitchen facility that was a great help for us cooking food for our next day-long route travel :)
There is a dog on the first-floor apartment who gets excited when he/she spots other dogs and tried to communicate with other dogs in its language, but I guess after 10 pm his owner calls him back to room, we usually go to bed early at 8, i think this wouldn't be that big problem if you stay out late and come late

Room was as expected and advertised, host met us and provided us with the keys. The room was clean and comfortable, wifi worked very well, parking was easy on the location. Breakfast was served at a nearby location, very good service overall.

Almost new decorated apartment, nice and clean, well equipped. Especially the bathroom with satisfied hot water and water pressure which usually defects in Greece. Cozy balcony and spacious living room let the apartment gets more warm. The location is good enough within a quiet resident area but still close to access downtown by 5min driving.
Suggest the owner to prepare a microwave stove and coffee maker, this will not only be beneficial to guests, but also save energy for owner.
