Everything was exceptional, would 1000% recommend this hotel staff are very friendly the hotel itself is very Clean, thankyou for our stay would 100% come back next year😊

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room although dated and worn in places was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast service was very slow and disorganised. Would help if the order was wrote down to avoid the wrong items being bought out repeatedly.

The staff were incredible and offered us a warm welcome; very accommodating and helped me back my car into a car parking space on Check-in (parking round the back is £10 per day).
Lovely home-cooked breakfast for a small additional fee, including a full English, toast and preserves and tea or coffee.
The hotel was very clean throughout and well-kept.
Fantastic value for money and nice and quiet at nighttime. Comfy divan bed, too with good pillows and bed linen.
Some may find the decor dated in the hotel, but for us it was charming. I must reiterate that the property is very clean throughout, and kept well.

wasn’t too far from the beach and shops etc.
the property was extremely dirty and the staff didn’t speak at all to us. my bedding wasn’t changed from the previous customers. it had hair and fake tan all over the sheets. you could tell the bed had been slept in. the owner didn’t apologise or say anything really. the walls were covered in what seemed to be make up.

Breakfast well worth the money. The owner so so friendly. Overall they couldn't do any more for us.

Room very very small. Bathroom very very very small.
No room to move around bed. Bed uncomfortable and sloped to oneside. Very dated. Not impressed at being told on arrival that if we wanted to use car park at rear of hotel we would have to pay £10

location was superb, nice and quiet, room was a good size and exceptionally clean, facilities were good.
The welcome we had upon arrival was a little disappointing, not the friendliest of host, a little grumpy to be on the reception desk.

Both staff members we saw,were very curteous and polite,made the stay even more enjoyablle,

despite first appearances the hotel inside was very clean and tidy. The bedroom was also clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.The breakfast could not be faulted,a wide range of choice all cooked to perfection
The only fault i found ,and its a minor one,was the view from the bedroom window

it was ok would of been better if did dinner and tea and showers weren't great for getting in and out of for older people and would of been better being close to ground and was hard for my nan with the stairs and bar said open at 12 till 23.00 and it opened about 20.00 in evening
