Location and staffs

Cleanliness, Bathroom, Bed conditions, towels are very old. Room mirrors are not been clean and looks dusty. I was expecting that they will clean but no. They don't replace washing liquid everyday. Bedding and pillow case looks not replaced the time of my stay.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. Not staying longer

it is a normal place with good location. near the shopping mall and easy to go everywhere with taxi. you can even see the firework show along the shore on New Year’s Eve.

no essential like shampoo applied. small space.

Reception staff were very welcoming and polite.

The room was not cleaned to the standard. Specially the bathroom. Needs a good revamp. Two consecutive nights could not sleep in the early hours with about six dogs barking on the property at the back of my rooms facing Decathlon.

Place not properly cleaned. Medicine(tablet) under the bed. No hot water that day.

Receptionist Darshina, was the first person i met and she was super exceptional and kind. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was buffet style and although small, I enjoyed it very much. The restaurant area is within an atrium/glasshouse and I enjoyed the flora every morning.

There should have been some voile type inner curtains to have daylight come through whilst also maintaining privacy. As it was, the windows allowed others to see into the room when the curtains weren't drawn.
