The place is spacious and clean with two bedrooms, 4 beds, an extra mattress, a couch, a side sofa, two bathrooms, a kitchen area, and a bar area. Two terrace areas with a great view. Three AC are working There is hot water for the bath and a bathtub The microwave, fridge, and elec water heater are working. Plates, bowls, and cups are available.

I should have read the reviews!!! The post is misleading, they should say that there is an extra fee for using the swimming pool!!!! and it is also far from the building. No complimentary tissues and toiletries. No drinking water, maybe they could offer it to the guest instead of the guest asking where to get water. There were only two spoons and the rest are forks. There is water leaking in one of the bathrooms so we were not able to use it. There is dishwashing liquid but there is no sponge.

The aircon was cold. The place is spacious.

The caretaker did not meet us because they habe someone at the hospital. This reason is okay but they did not even message us or gave us a heads up even if I message ahead of time. The caretaker went there the next day and I only asked that's why they gave an explanation. There was no wifi and we even needed to ask the building admin to help contact the caretaker because they were not replying.

Asked for additional charge to use the swimming pool. 500 peso each, even our baby! Fixtures and fittings in the property are very tired. Wardrobes and cupboards were locked, presumably containing the owners things. So no hanging space for our clothes. No TV in the bedroom. But advertised as having one. Wires hanging from ceiling where lights were missing. No toilet tissue or complimentary soap, shower gel, shampoo etc.

Dusty smell, not very well maintained. Dated furnitures and some water damage visible in at least 2 rooms. No basic toiletries provided eg. Toilet rolls, hand soap. I’m not particularly bothered that there’s no WiFi but to advertise that there is, is deceitful. Engineer had to come in a few times to sort the Cignal box. I wouldn’t recommend nor would I come back here again. For the price they charge it isn’t worth it, it’s downright extortion! There seems to be no thought given to customer’s needs nor care to offer a pleasant stay. Just want your money. Avoid at all cost!

No internet and everything you have to pay including the facilities i thought it was included with the rate of place. I was not happy at all.
