Location was great not too far from centre and easy to find. Host provided all answers on questions and quite quickly.

Carpet was dirty, cant walk with socks good that we had slippers with us. Biggest issue was horrible smell when we arrived nothing helped to get rid of it and it came from bathroom, owner should definitely take proper look into it.

Location was good

Cleanliness, apartment was grubby, sheets had stains on them, bath mat had not been washed, bathroom dirty. Bathroom window does not shut properly leaving property insecure. Locked valuables in car as a result. Parking was obstructed by a neighbours truck, took nearly 1/2 hour when trying to leave to knock on door to get truck moved. Strange smell in property, lots of air freshners but these are overpowering and give you a headache. Pictures on website do not reflect the furniture or decor in property.

Good area

I was told there’s free parking and I woke to a 70£ fine on my windshield. There was supposed to be a check in at 12Pm and I only received the key at 13:30pm. I am extremely disappointed as my aunt came to visit from germany and that’s where I had her stay.

The property was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, cups and cutlery. Parking was provided.

The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sleep on.

Unfortunately the apartment we had originally booked had been damaged by a previous guest. I got a message from the host on the day to advise us of this, but he had gone out of his way to secure us a different property to stay in, in the same location, at no extra cost. I cannot compliment them highly enough on customer service, although it would have been a disappointment to us, they could have easily cancelled at no fault of their own. Thank you so much!

Nothing. We had everything we needed.

We were changed to a house, it was absolutely stunning very clean with everything we needed in there. Staff were really helpful. We went down as away fans for the football and it’s literally walking distance to the ground. Lots of lovely places to eat, and Deliveroo is also an option. Very close to the train station also so we parked there the next day and got the train to London. Would definitely recommend, I wish we could play Watford every week so we could stay there again

We were upgraded to a house rather than an apartment which was very much appreciated. We asked for some towels and new towels were delivered within a couple of hours.

The house was obviously still under renovation especially the garden but it was no problem.
