All around great apartment. It is set, via a private stairway, upstairs in a house where the owner also lives. The house itself is on a residential street. The neighborhood has a very safe feeling and is a mixture of older folk and young families.
Parking for one car is available right in front of the house. You can walk to a small supermarket in 5 minutes and the old part of Lienz (Altstadt) in about 10-15 minutes.
The apartment has just about everything you need from a Nespresso machine to a garlic press.
Very bright and super clean.
The proprietor is a gem with a great sense of humor.
Nothing - just maybe a few suggestions - a small microwave would be nice and a throw rug for the couch. And perhaps in a perfect world blinds for the window of the front door.
