brilliant location, was absolutely amazing. loved the kitchen/living room space, was ideal for chatting with the group before going out on our tours/dinners/drinks.

In the heart of historical center of Dubrovnik. Beautiful old building, and the whole house was ours.

Really excellent location in the middle of old town, beautiful apartment, aircon, and we found beach towels in a cupboard. Azra was very helpful - she gave us information about excursions, let us leave our bags in the apartment after check out and arranged reliable transports to/from the airport.
Because of the central location, it can be noisy at night - bring ear plugs or sleep on the top level if you're sensitive to that!

some basic things are missing, like a coffee maker

The apartment is right in the heart of the old city, so everything can be very easily reached. You get a good sense of the history of the place.
We traveled with kids and we found the area a bit too noisy. There are always many people in the street right under the windows, and in the morning as well we had people loading and unloading different things for the shops and restaurants around.
Also, you need to leave your car quite far away.

The steep stairs but it was easy to deal with as the rest was perfect

Location, location, location. Beautifully restored apartment with windows facing out onto the Stradun. Entrance is at back of building.
No balcony but windows open fully and airco works well.
