Very clean and welcoming.
The property is perfect the way it is.

Good proximity to Mammoth Mountain ski area. Good proximity to restaurants and the town. Vacasa called me three times to change my room with an "upgrade" because the other rooms turned out to be in disrepair.
The room was in dire need of upgrading and repair. The bed and furniture was uncomfortable and kitchen very dated. very cheap kitchenware was supplied. The agency, VACASA, had to change my room 3 times prior to check in because the other rooms were in such disrepair.

Great location, free parking, good wifi, spacious unit, friendly staff, basic essentials, good amenities, simple unit.
No elevator, allows pets (had allergies from pet hair in carpet)

It was very convenient and close to town and for the winter time it would be awesome it is extremely close to one of the ski lifts
it is a little outdated but for the value it was a good deal

Great place to stay with the dog. Deer grazing outside the balcony was a plus. Well equipped kitchen. Overall enjoyed the place can't wait to rebook in the winter
The place was a little dated and the floors could use a good scrub. Dining room table chair seat was broken. Bo elevator so be prepared to carry your stuff up two sets of stairs.

More toilet paper, some chairs are coming apart, need batteries in the remotes, screen door stuck

The location and the fact that I didn't see crowds of people but I loved the fireplace
The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the closet sliding doors. They were out of place meaning outside of the metal strip and just set on the closet door free standing to cover the closet. My only worry was my 3 year old playing in the room and one of those closet doors falling on him.

I liked a lot of things. How they provided the little things to make us feel at home.
We lived off the luggage for 5 days because there was an old vacuum in the closet and it stunk. Behind the couches were not vacuumed (dust bunnies and crumbs.) The trash in the garage need a power wash it stunk so bad. A little light on the room scents. It was over bearing. Other then that. We had a great time.
