El hotel está en pleno centro de Bilbao y solo a 10 min andando del Casco Viejo. Las habitaciones estan muy bien equipadas y las camas muy cómodas.

The location is superb. Close to the old town and new town. Side by side of the train station. 1 minute walk to the main shopping street, 8minutes away of Guggenheim. If you would like to enjoy all the aspects of the city, Museum, shopping, gastronomy, everything is at walking distance. The hotel is very new, clean and the reception is very helpful.
I asked for laundry service and reception informed me to leave the plastic bag in my room. However I guess they forgot my request and did not got the bag from my room. Unfortunately I could not use the laundry service.

Ubicación magnífica, con el Corte Inglés al lado y muy cerquita del río y la zona más céntrica. El desayuno, aunque caro, merece la pena pagarlo tanto por calidad como por variedad.
En principio, la habitación era con vistas a la ciudad y nos encontramos con un patio interior. No es especialmente relevante para nosotros, pero puede ser un problema para alguien.

Location is very central, all easy to reach by foot. Parking also short walk away. Staff was very friendly. Rooms modern and bright.
Their Wifi is blocking certain network services without giving you upfront or during usage a warning about it. I don’t know why network services like icloud.com or Nintendo cloud services need to be blocked. I only found out after Apple support told me that icloud.com is having no issues and on a second device that was connected over 5G i could receive the emails i was waiting for. Then when the kid complained about Nintendo Switch problems I could get a message on the Switch browser. A bit an unpleasant surprise in 2023.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat sehr schöne moderne Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, jedoch sollte das Rührei warm gehalten werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Rezeption sehr schön gestaltet.

The room is what i needed for the night. The location is very near to the train station and Metro. There is a big shopping centre next to the accommodation. The room is small but compact and clean. However, the air condition weren't working, but I should have called the receptionist to check but I was too tired after the festival. All in all, a good night sleep. It is pricey but maybe I went during the festival time and summer holiday time.

Check in is too long. It took about 10 minutes. There was also not enough towels in our room. The hotel room was really nice though

Excellent location, right in the city center, behind Corte Ingles. Rooms facing the inner courtyard, very quiet.

It is a very good central location next to the gran via, lots of shops and bars nearby. If you walk down the gran via past el corte ingles the old town/casco viejo has a lot of options to try pintxos and beers/wines. If you are coming from the aeropuerto, book an uber as a taxi is about 35E, more like 21-22E in an uber. If you want a beach, walk to the metro station and then get the metro to Algorta, there is a nice beach area there called Getxo.

This is a very nice property nicely appointed but a bit too much grey - I like colour. The breakfast was excellent and the man looking after the buffet was really excellent very friendly and helpful. I like that you allow pets.
In my view there is a distinct problem in reception. The last time I stayed it was all very unfortunate my room was not ready for an hour and I was not an early arrival. But more importantly the receptionist was distinctly unwelcoming and really did not seem to care. When I returned after an hour the room was still not ready but I insisted. This time the lady receptionist was more pleasant but took a long time to check me and kept frowning at the computer - I took a full ten minutes to get my key card. This part of your operation really needs attention.
