Wow…. The views for this condo are worth it all. So beautiful day and night. Great downtown location. Walking distance to local restaurants and local beach spot. The building was nice and we felt safe.

The only tings we could have used was a few more towels(however, the laundry facility is very convenient), and a few more kitchen pans (but only bc we cooked in some) but the restaurants were close and great.

The apartment was well laid out and well appointed

1. The position in a street frequented by homeless. 2. So difficult to find at night. It took us over an hour. 3. The internal windows looked out onto close concrete walls

Parking pass and one door fab didn't work and I had to track down services to get both fixed.

Comfortable main beds. Good full kitchen so we could make own b/f, lunch & the odd dinner. City view out of main bedroom. Had necessities.

Cleaning fee unexpected add-on. Lack of town roadside parks for retrieving garage card & 2 fobs for apartment. Bit of an exercise using car, city living I suppose. Some amenities worn, fragile ie plug sockets. Unsure if ablutions can withstand the usage of 5 adults.

The pool was adequate, but a bit cold. The parking was free and convenient having an assigned parking space. The clothes dryer, hair dryer, and clothes steamer were nice amenities.

Absolutely the view, except concrete. The hallway was run down and smelled. The A/C had to run 24/7 to keep up. Additionally, there was no central A/C throughout the 'condo', since there was no vents in either the kitchen, living room and more importantly one the bedrooms. Luckily there was a fan that we placed at the bedroom door to blow cooler air into it all day and night. The shower was either too hot or too cold, it was not able to be adjusted.

Carpark is not fit for a Chevrolet Suburban but the staff in the carpark helped us with parking 😄

Location was good for taxis, bed was okay and main was enough for us kitchen was good

Photos on the net quite deceiving made it look bigger than I thought. Can't fit 4 people comfortably in lounge area. Took ages to get hot water when showering. Rooms have been patched up and wardrobes are collocated together so you can't shut them.

It was central to everywhere, had good views of the ocean. I was allowed to stay on for an hour after the allocated departure time. My emails were answered promptly

Sofa was uncomfortable, not a big enough lounge area. A towel was soiled . Had to make up an extra bed

The location was great being central to everything. I bit noisy as it is downtown but that is like all cities. Only thing to suggest would be maybe a booklet or something outlining what is required when leaving the unit! Towels, beds etc.

There needs to be somewhere for clients to store their bags if they get there early from flights or ships as the hotel will not allow it if your not booked deduct through them! It’s extremely hard to cart bags on and off public transport whilst waiting to check in at 3pm

The ocean view and spacious for the amount of guest that we had.

There was a funky smell coming off of the elevator

Enter building beautiful lobby. Keys! hard to open the door. only 1 garage card was given. Garage parking ok. Enter #2806 The Den! Did not like it at all right at the opening of the entrance of the Condo! The kitchen does not have a lot of appliances, silverware..stoll chairs are not strong enough one was broken that was left in the condo should be removed before guests arrive. Wires of cords under the table of Tv..all out not safe! 1st bedroom is too small and hot in there. Left a floor fan for the next Guest. Not enough towels, paper towels. The bathroom was not Clean at All. My Stay was Not! satisfied

Plenty of space/surrounding views. Near everything stores, airport, beaches and attractions.

A little bit more on cleanliness. Lot's of homeless people in the area, one even peed in the front of the building while we are going out. Getting in and out of parking lot. You need to drive up to 10th floor, then take elevator down to 3rd floor and walk a little bit to ride another elevator to take you to the unit, parking space is a plus.

Location was amazing!! A few blocks away from the palace and real easy to find off the Pali hwy. Mr. doughnuts right there was a big plus!! Area was quiet and view was awesome. Loved looking at the city lights as I was falling asleep.

The water pressure was a bit of an issue also you couldn't do dishes while someone is showering unless you're ok with a cold shower. Also the parking spot was on the 10th floor so a lot turns to get there.
