It's illegal to ask for that in Italy, yet they do it - The property offered me another solution, but only after I contacted Booking.com - The property communicated in a way that I'd describe as "passive-aggressive" - Despite having told them twice, at their request, my arrival time, there was nobody waiting for me to deliver the keys - The whole area is worn down and dirty. Look out for dog p**p! - The building is old, dark inside. Definitely not welcoming. But at least clean - The flat was not clean enough. For the price, I expect better - The furniture is in many places worn down and in a bad maintenance state - The refrigerator is not stably attached to the wall: every time I used I feared it was falling down on me - The shower was so calcified that there was very little water coming out of it. This made the water heating not functioning properly, i.e. the water for the shower was changing between cold and just mildly warm - Overall overpriced stay

The apartment is very authentic. The kitchen is great. There are 2 balconies which are lovely.
