No shade near pool, hard to find staff sometimes, shower didn’t work properly.

I chose this hotel for the spacious and modern rooms, bathtub and large outdoor balcony with a view. Rooms are well-equipped with space to hang clothes, spread out luggage, work at a desk, plus a couch and good size fridge. The location is central with a nice selection of shops and restaurants nearby, and a reasonable drive to beaches along the coast. The manager was extremely responsive—I really appreciated the prompt, friendly service in resolving various maintenance issues quickly. That really sets it apart!

There were a few issues during my stay—like noise from the next room, hot water was a little weak at times, and the consistency of cleaning service could be improved. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable but I’m not too picky about this aspect.

Extrem großes, modernes Zimmer mit einem schönen Blick bis zum Meer, wenn man eines der oberen Zimmer mit Meerblick hat. Aber selbst unten die Zimmer hat noch ein wenig Meerblick. Liebes Personal, super sauber, schön eingerichtet und mehr als zu empfehlen! Haben dort 3 Wochen verbracht, auch dort gearbeitet, da wir remote arbeiten und haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt.

Friendly staff where nothing seems like too much trouble… Large, clean, beautifully appointed rooms with ocean views as per photographs. Large and clean pool. Close to a restaurant strip.

The hotel was practically brand-new, the beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable (the best I have had in Thailand), the big smart Hisense screen TV was great to watch YouTube and the staff are lovely. It doesn’t have the same character as the beach style bungalows but if you want all the mod cons place has it. Extremely spacious too

Large room with sea view from afar. Large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower area. Quiet surroundings, close to 7-11 and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the rock beach, 10 mins to Long beach. Microwave oven and kitchens in common area by the pool. I was informed of early check in.

Rock hard bed. The bathroom windows let in light from the corridoor into the room. Curtains are not blackout. Walls are thin so I could hear a neighbor snoring and neighborabove dragging furniture till 3am. Aircon makes strange sound of a trolley rolling every 15 mins and there is a water dripping sound periodically. Housekeeping knocked 30 mins before check out time to ask me whether I was checking out. Dirt road made my shoes dirty each time I went out.
