The swimming pool, table tennis and billiards, the large private exterior, large rooms and number of bathrooms.

Thé problem with the garden lights. Lack of light in the evening on the terrace. The lack of information in the villa. There was no information folder.

Beautiful, well appointed house with lots of space and good facilities. The pool was very clean and a good size. The kitchen areas are easy to cook in, and a good incentive not to splurge too much on eating out. There are really good options for day trips - would particularly recommend the castle at Obidos and the lagoon nearby for beach activities. In the house itself there's also plenty of entertainment - pool table is great and well looked after (just need more chalk for the cues) and the table tennis table was used a lot (though we had to acquire new balls). Overall a really restful stay regardless of the weather, though we were blessed with bright and warm sunshine.

It's definitely preferable to have your own transport to and from the villa and while you're there as taxi coverage was spotty and supplies aren't really in walkable distance.

The facilities are really good all around the house , the house and garden are very spacious .

No walking distance grocery shops

Spacious house with everything you could need. Lots of seating options inside and out for large groups. Large, well-equipped kitchen. Quiet location yet very convenient to Óbidos and Caldas da Rainha. Too cool for us to use the pool but would be great for a family in the summer. Huge yard. Would visit again.

Beds were all a bit firm for our tastes. Need new paddles & balls for the ping-pong table.
