O hotel é bem localizado e com uma vista incrível das montanhas. O atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, com destaque para a atendente da recepção, um mocinha de cabelo curto, muito educada e simpática.

Não consegui estender minha estadia em função da lotação do hotel, o que é compreensível. Embora o café da manhã fosse bom e com muita variedade, senti falta de itens salgados. Os itens doces predominavam. A organização do espaço também nao estava boa, com muitos itens misturados e sem identificação do que se tratava. Seria importante identificar os alimentos, pois muitos hóspedes estrangeiros podem ter hábitos de alimentação diferentes dos locais. Também achei que os alimentos poderiam estar melhor protegidos, pois muitas pessoas faltam com a boa educação e conversam ao lado dos alimentos expostos, atendem telefone e até assoam o nariz. Também senti falta do frigobar do quarto já estar abastecido sem necessidade de ser solicitado. Faltou um telefone no quarto também para contato com a recepção além da Internet não estar indisponível.

Cuscini scomodi e assenza di acqua nel frigo della camera. Mancanza di ciabattine e spazzolino che sarebbe stato carino trovare dato il contesto dell' hotel.

L'hotel è stra accogliente. Una volta dentro sei in un posto caldo ma allo stesso tempo ti sembra di stare ancora in mezzo alla neve grazie alle finestre e finestroni che caratterizzano tutta la struttura: Presenti nella sala della cena, che ha al suo interno un tavolo gigante in legno bellissimo sul quale fanno il buffet. Presenti anche nelle camere e nella zona bar. La camera era stra accogliente e ariosa. Il personale gentilissimo. I barman simpaticissimi e stra disponibili. Bello che nella sala bar oltre che poter fare giochi da tavola seduti liberamente sul divano, si potesse anche vedere la partita sul maxi schermo. La doccia in camera era magnifica. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e offrono un servizio navetta che accompagni alle piste. Sestriere è comunque facilmente girabile a piedi, dato che è tutto vicino.

Il letto ammetto che per i miei gusti era forse un po' troppo duro (io sono abituata a dormire su materassi morbidissimi)

You easily could hear the noises coming from the other rooms and from the lobby Also Coming that the hotel is animal friendly, It would have been nice if in the room could find a dog bed/ rug and a bowl for the food/ water as we paid 10€ extra

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No drink included with dinner, even water would have been ok but it was paid only.

Loved the decor and we had dinner one night which was the best meal we had all holiday. Great Hotel - we will be back.

Not at the lift, as promised Long lines to the coffee machine every morning - suggested they buy another machine. Was ignored. Food ok, but breakfast ist monotonous Rooms are poorly lit The dining room is very bright and uncozy. No indirect light.

The hotel has a contemporary yet cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is to a good standard. It is very clean and comfortable.

The coffee queue at breakfast can get quite long, another machine is needed.

The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent! The location and views are fabulous! The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the lifts in town was always quick and easy to use.

A little overpriced as the hotel had no wellness provision at all. The furniture in the rooms were kept to a minimum even though there would have been space for a comfy chair and coffee table, no chairs for the lovely sunny balcony and NO hooks for coats, skiing gear, towels, etc. The music in the bar was too loud for people, who just wanted to play boardgames. I kept asking to turn it down, but I think the barkeeper didn’t realise how much louder it was at the tables since the speakers were straight above us!

Superb service at breakfast to accomodate diet requirements

All of the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room size was well fit for two people, the bed was large and comfortable and there was decent storage space for all ski clothes and equipment. There was also a ski room in the basement, which had boot driers. Free parking was available in front of the hotel and we never had any issues finding a spot for a large car. The hotel also offered heated secure parking on its premises for 15 Euro per night, which might be useful if you have a diesel car and outside is really cold. The open buffet for breakfast had decent variety and was very useful for providing the necessary energy for the ski day. The dinner was a combination of open buffet and two cooked courses which could be selected from a list of choices. The food was plenty and very good. I recommend selecting the half board option because the dinner is just great. The hotel was placed in a quiet location and was 10 minutes away walking in ski boots and skis on shoulder from the slope. It also provided a free shuttle service to the ski lift for which we did not wait more than 15 minutes any day.

It was very warm in the room and we could not turn down the heating, but cracking open the window helped. The shower had no holder for soap. The breakfast could have had a bit more vegetables.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Would definitely come back! All common areas are new and give a modern mountain feeling. The rooms are large and you can adjust the temperature as you wish. The view from the room is directly on the slopes and is just amazing! Breakfast is way above average, with a large selection of sweet and savoury food. There is also a bar within the hotel where I think they do aperitivos and pints at night (even though we didn't use it). The location is just perfect. It's at the beginning of the town, in case you want to come back from the slopes on foot (e.g. if you're attending the apres-ski at La Gargotte), but most times you won't need to cause there's a very handy shuttle that drops you off at the beginning of the slopes and picks you up when you're back. There's also a large ski room that you can reach very comfortably both form the garage and directly from your room with the elevator. The town in very small so if it's not too cold you can easily walk anywhere. Finally, you can buy ski passes directly at the hotel reception and I believe there are ski instructors coming to the hotel every now and then in case you need them!

The personnel was very responsive. Dinners were all very tasty and offered plenty of choice. A transfer to the slopes was particularly useful!

Great location for access to slopes and ski school. Brilliant free drop off/collection at slopes, and wonderful, attentive staff at reception, dining and in the bar catering for every need at any time. The food was outstanding value, and exceeded our expectations so much so that friends paid to eat at the restaurant rather than eat elsewhere. Would book again, and recommend.
