The fridge is closed inside furniture, it makes immense noise because it overheats

I usually don´t book the same accommodation in cities with many good options, but, here I made an exception and use this hotel after a year again. Indeed, I was enjoying both tasteful interior and the pedestrian zone No. 2 (for me much more pleasant than a bit hackneyed Strada Republicii) for every minute of my stay. I recommend the superior rooms in front facade with large windows to the street (only if you have phobia of pigeons, don´t book the 2 rooms on the second floor:).

Just a very marginal details. I can repeat one missing light above the washbasin. Moreover, this year there wasn´t any ongoing cleaning of my room through the stay (3 nights); which I don´t mind, in principle; just it would be good to be aware of this fact - maybe, some notice or info card would not be bad...

a lovejy little boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Brasov. minutes from the main square, close to all amenities. excellent shower, very comfy beds, smart tv, coffee making facilities, secure, clean and fresh. a real pleasure to stay here.

no lift or other way of getting baggage up stairs - this is not a place for anyone with a disability or movement issues. no rooms are in the ground floor. this is a real shame as in every other respect this is an ideal place for people with disabilities - walk in shower, one level rooms, spacious. pillows are feather - which is great if you like them, but another firmer option for those with need would be a useful addition.

The property’s location was great, it’s smack down in old downtown. the self check-in/checkout process and keyless entry was great.

the HVAC controller in the unit I was given was finicky, it didn’t respond properly to the touch controller until. I wash the room service (especially bathroom supply refills and clean towels) were done on daily basis or as per request (I’ve tried requesting it via the room’s touch control panel but no one came!)

It is clean, it smells nice. We had an apartament. It has two large bathrooms.

The parking problem in city center. Our apartament does not have windows. So there is no natural light.

The room was great! The size of the room was pretty satisfying along with the location which was central and really close to every Brasov must-see! Also the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The big tv was great too.

Upon our arrival there were no towels in the room and when provided they were a few in total for two persons. The toilet paper was previously used - half provided plus an extra roll. No personnel was present nor detailed instructions were given for the check in and check out process. Telephone contacts solved these issues! Also a minor downside of the room was the shower not closing properly resulting in water on the floor unavoidably.
