Great area!

Most staff was friendly but the man who worked on 29APR22 during the day was VERY rude and very unprofessional. I was trying to get a receipt for my room since I was on a work trip, and he got an attitude with me. I then politely asked him about a receipt I was missing since I extended my stay there. He asked if I booked it online, which I then said yes, and he said well that’s your bad and your loss, and motioned towards the door. Very rude and unprofessional on his part! The room had holes in the wall and there wasn’t a full roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom.

The hotel is super easy to travel too. The location was good, the area is not too crowded. The room was clean and well put together. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were not enough for 2 people. The room was big and had a bathtub. Good value for your money.

Beautiful decor and mood: it’s like staying at an art museum! Even the hallways have little art installations to explore.

The room felt like it needed a deeper cleaning, in particular the bathtub.

I liked the location and value price. It was modern and minimalistic.

The window did not have a screen on it. The door did not have a latch on it to lock from the inside. the bathtub floor was stained.

I like how the staff new our language. He was kind and accommodating.

There were only few sockets so I had a hard time looking to use the electric kettle and charging my gadgets.

Staff worked quickly to fix issues and were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Netflix option for TV Laptop for use if needed.

Cleanliness, was met with the stench and sight of a trash bag as soon as I exited the elevator to go to my room after check - in. Same issue the next morning. Hair was all over my room also and the hallway rug looked like it hadn't been hoovered in 6 months. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in room and bathroom, had to sleep with window open and air-con as it gave me a sore throat
