Location beautiful right on the river, 10 minutes from Gull Lake. Yard huge, cottage nicely laid out. Beds super comfortable!

It looked like the pictures, and the location was perfect. It's extraordinarily calm, to the point where I could hear the birds swimming in the water! Also, the sunsets reflection in the water is phenomenal.

There are some issues with the house, but they should be resolved.

Very cozy clean and everything you need

Such a beautiful area this time of year (autumn) and a nice cozy cottage to spend it in. We spent our Friendsgiving weekend here and the long harvest table was wonderful for it. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries.

location was great. situated right on the river. kitchen area and the deck are the best features. foot stove is excellent. cold time of year but we enjoyed our stay. wood burning stove inside was awesome.

three bedrooms had no heat so it was quite chilly! wished we were a tiny bit better prepared for that but we managed.

Host/owner was excellent. Very attentive and kind in email dialogue. The cottage was very clean. Beautiful spot right on the river. Very close to snowmobile trails 👍

The location and access at the end of an unmaintained road was a little tricky with a full size truck and trailer but we managed. There was a crazy amount of snow and ICE on the roof of the cottage, which made all of us a little uncomfortable. It was cracking and popping the whole time.

Perfect location to get to the ofsc trails, will definitely be staying again in the future
