It would be great if there were some sun shades for the sun loungers

The apartment had a great view of the sea and you just had to walk done to access the rocky beach. The facilities were nice, as well as the rooms that were spacious, with everything you could need. The balcony was just wonderful. The hostess was incredibly nice, helpful and accessible by phone or text anytime. She went as to book some restaurants for us and provided a very detailed list of things to do to best appreciate Split and the area.

The city center is not accessible walking from the building, but Uber is readily available and quite cheap - 7 to 10€ to go to the old town. The apartment could use a light paint lift to really elevate it to the max

Not the most charming area, similar to most other parts of Split outside the historic Center it is a lot of new builds combined with post war concrete buildings

Staff were very helpful in meeting us to hand over keys as well as providing any information and answers to our questions about restaurant recommendations or organising boat tours. Accomodation was very comfortable, clean and modern. Ammenities within the apartment were excellent. Recommend staying here.

These apartments are situated fairly far away from the main part of Split. Taxis/Ubers are about a 15-20 minute drive away from the centre. We walked it one day and it took us at least an hour. There's not a lot of restaurants and shops nearby either so we found ourselves doing the taxi trip backwards and forwards a few times a day. Still the accomodation was a good option and we enjoyed our stay.

Super nice apartments, beach is only 2 mins walking. Everything is relatively new so in great condition. The place was very clean. Amazing balcony and the kitchen if fully equipped so we had everything we needed. We did contactless check in and that went fine. We even booked a massage at the apartment, so that was a nice touch!

Was surprised we had to pay tourist tax extra as cash, did not get an invoice for that but it’s a very small amount.

A beautiful brand new apartment overlooking one of the best beach in split. 2 supermarkets within the property our host Iva was super friendly and helpful sending us all the information about split a day in advance . We tried two restaurants she had suggested which were great! It was like having a local guide at our finger tip. If you have a car, the property has free parking!

This was probably one of the best accomodations we had. Beautifull, high quality finishings and appliances, best beds ever, and so peacefull and quiet. The pool is very nice and convenient, we had underground parking, great location, it was perfect!

The property is absolutely fantastic. Can’t recommend staying here enough! Iva is a brilliant host sharing lots of recommendations and answering any questions when asked. Apartments are very well equipped and have everything you need. Pool and terrace area are great and so close to the beach as well. Traveling into Split is super easy using Uber, cost between €4-€7. We also used Wolt for food delivery to the apartment. Both supermarkets are within easy walking distance, we would recommend the one up the hill from the apartment as having slightly more choice but both are good.

Clean and neat apartment which has everything you need and only two minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Lovely and helpful host. Can’t wait to book it for the next trip!!!

nice set up each bedroom has a separate bathroom bedrooms are apart from each other Next to a beach, which is quiet off season spacious and clean easy to grab a Uber to get around

- There is a lot of construction nearby - There is very few restaurants within walking distance - the doors are not well designed, expect big noise when open or close - the correspondence was rude to us, quite upsetting

Taxi arranged by booking.com was waiting at the airport as planned. When we arrived at apartment, Iva was so welcoming and friendly especially as we arrived late due to flight delay. Iva was always available for any help or questions. Apartment was huge, very modern and very well equipped. Sea view from terrace is stunning, sun was available for most of the day and made for a very relaxing stay. Beach is only a couple of hundred yards away and the sea is crystal clear. 10-15 mins taxi ride to Split marina (restaurant strip) for about 8 euros using Bolt taxi app - so easy to use. Will definitely be booking a 7 day trip in 2023:)

Location not for me.Taxis were a rip off.Apartment was excellent and host Eva so helpful.Also Ana her recommended taxi.Split is ok for a short stopover but I would not return except to catch a ferry to Hvar and Dubrovnik/Korcula

40 minute wait for property access - despite advising prior arrival time. Nobody to meet us/no reception service. Unable to contact anyone for first 30 minutes.

Beautiful views across the sea and great access to the pool from the ground floor apartments especially. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen facilities and just a short walk to the beach.

We could have planned taxis from the town better because they should have been €10-€15 but at night we had one for €30 which seemed a lot for 5k but it does get busy around the port. Eol provide the number for a very good taxi service that was always quick and fair.
