In my experience I loved this rental. We had a really bad hiccup in the beginning with checking in. I had to find some place else to stay the first night due to the VRBO, the host, and the concierge not being on the same page about everything. I still need my refund from VRBO. But other than that the place is amazing, the views you get are wonderful, the host did everything to make things better and for the price you can’t bet it. Also an update the place now has soap, paper, everything needed. I loved it and would definitely recommend just make sure to stay in contact with host

Overall a decent spot for the price and location. Definitely appreciated the free parking, enjoyed the view from the balcony. It’s an older building undergoing renovations and the one working elevator can be slow but it got the job done for us. A few cons: the rental listing should mention a $10/person resort fee due at check in; the pdf shared before arrival should be updated to mention garbage bags are not included (I messaged Olivier through the app after not seeing that in the pdf and received no response) and the pdf should also list where to throw out trash as part of the checkout process (trash chute available in the laundry room by elevator). I noticed the bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned when we arrived, which gave me pause about what else might not have been cleaned in advance. There’s also a slight bug issue, I’d find dead mosquitos in the bathroom sink in the evenings. I’d recommend including dish soap for the kitchen, hand soap for the bathroom and garbage bags as part of the amenities available for the unit if people have to pay a resort fee.

The property is a bit dated. The air conditioning works great except the unit is DIRECTLY at the end of the couch so it always blows on you. The TV is a smart TV for streaming services only. No cable so no local channels or regular TV. Everything else was good. Loved the view. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time! Olivier was very attentive anytime we had questions and the room was everything it promised to be! The view was amazing! We would definitely stay again!

First of all pictures on the vrbo do not show accurate look of the apartment, kitchen is different than shown on the picture, place is smaller than it appears. Second of all the apartment is missing major essentials like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap even toilet paper, paper towel. We had an issue with the towels, they were missing from the apartment but we solved this the next day with the owner, though first night we were struggling to use the bathroom. And last thing and the most important one, the place was dirty, stinky sheets, hair in the bathroom, dirty floor. There is not enough bed linen for sleep 4ppl, thankfully it was only 2ppl. Pros: Really nice view, free parking on the premises.

We are in our mid 60's and travel a lot, so we roll with whatever. Hard to do here. Let me start off -View is Amazing, Bed is Comfy and Shower is nice. When we arrived it took us 15 minutes to get someone's attention to get inside. ( you need a fob to get in ) We were charged 10.00 that the property manager said he would refund , which he did not. Check in person could not answer if it was daily charge or 1 time. Waited another 15 minutes for cart to bring our stuff upstairs. We had already got groceries for the week, so we had a lot of bags. Never showed. Made several trips to get everything to the unit. Only 1 fob so someone had to stay with stuff downstairs. Elevator needs fob to work. We never could go anywhere without each other because of the fob issue. We asked if we could rent another one. No. We could buy one for 200.00. The unit was filthy when we arrived. We had to clean the whole place before we could stay. Property manager did not want to know anything. I offered to send him pictures of how dirty the place was when we arrived but he didn't care. In the evening we like to relax and watch the news and tv. The tv did not work. It was just black and white fuzz. We ask the manager , he said it was easy to work. We finally called the vrbo number and they sent a tech to look at it. He could not get it to work either. He unplugged everything and reset everything before he could get it to work. The property manager got upset that we called the number and accused us of unplugging something and that's why it didn't work. The lovely view was just not worth all the hassles

The view was the ticket. Being a frontline ER team, we have been worn out and needed some TLC back from life. This gracious owner helped us afford a place for healing with the incredible views of Miami in the distance, and the local marina happenings up close. but they forgot to mention the greeting and departure views from the unit's doorway. You realize you are on an island! Water and boats, sunrise AND sunset!! Oh My! And we affectionately named the flock of parrots that fly around daily "Punk Rockers" cause they sound different, and were easy to spot. Being travelers,, we look back at all our housing situations and by far, this was our favorite! BTW, everything we needed and nice shower.
