We would happily book this apartment next time we visit Blackpool
The best bed I have ever slept on at a holiday let and everything you would need is supplied. We also liked the location being near the tram stop, Sainsburys and eateries.
Door handles are very noisy and the shower was very difficult to set the temperature and scalding hot water. We also noticed that the rear bedroom had a damp wall with flacking plaster that appears to be caused by a leaking gutter above.

Great family holiday
The apartment was amazing
At one point there were 11 cars in the car park for a place that has 6 apartments so did get very difficult to get a space & manoeuvre around

Parking a issue and some cleanliness issues
Beautiful views from the apartment and lovely balcony, very comfortable beds, grounds and communal areas kept clean and tidy, shops a very short walk away,
The main problerm was the parking, I had two disabled persons in my party and someone else parked it flat 3 s parking bay from the day we got there what made it really hard unloading the car and finding parking in near by streets, also I feel the bedding should be renewed , very old, tatty and stained,

Lovely short family break
Really like the location,handy for the tram into Blackpool. And plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for a family. Everything you needed was provided.
No complaints. This was our second stay and would rebook in the future.
