Frühstück war Top , Freundliche Gastgeber , Absolut Ruhige Lage trotz Hauptstraße ..

Die Kopfkissen sind brutal .. :-) aber dank Lidl nach einer Nacht behoben :-)

Wir waren mit allem.sehr zufrieden. Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und 2 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt, man kann von da aus sämtliche Kahnfahrten unternehmen, wir fuhren nach Lehde.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am großen Hafen. Der Frühstücksbereich/das Restaurant ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstück war super! Die Kellnerin war total nett. Reservierung vom Parkplatz hat gut geklappt & für 5€ pro Nacht sehr günstig.

Der Parkplatz ist ein paar Häuser weiter, was an sich nicht dramatisch ist, aber für die Gepäckplanung gut zu wissen gewesen wäre. Unser Zimmer war leider etwas dreckig (Haare in der Dusche, am Föhn, im Bett und auf dem Boden).

The location was great, centre of the town and easy access to the boats.

1)Smells There was quite bad sewage and mosquitos. Need to wash their bins which are at the main entrance for guests. So prepare for this if you are staying. 2) Insect bites The mosquito nets broken in the bedrooms. Too hot to leave the windows closed. When asked for help the staff refused for a long time to help. Badly fixed with tape. We had to buy our own tape in the end to properly secure them. 3) Staff very unwelcoming and rude Apart from two staff who were nice, the rest were hostile, unhelpful. 4) Bedroom lacking in space around the bed Very uncomfortable getting in and out. 5) shower in the bathroom had a really big step getting out- Would need to be very sure of your footing getting out 6) Noise from road in morning a lot. 7) generally unfriendly atmosphere.

Location very central.

a bit tricky to find parking. be aware there are no elevators hence travel light.

The hotel is in excellent location - in the old center of Lubbenau, in the small street with nice old buildings, close to the Gross Haven. The room is small but had everything we need, including the electric kettle. The breakfast was very good, especially when the staff suggested and cooked - scrambled eggs with bacon). Once we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was also nice. The staff was friendly, did everything we asked, helped to carry our luggage to the room.

Though the staff did their best we felt some discoordination of their work.  Before coming I send a message to the hotel with the question if there is a electric kettle in the room and received the reply that there is no kettle on the room and we can take hot water from the restaurant. We took kettle with us in our luggage and when we came we saw that kettle was provided in the room) We paid for our room in advance via Booking and when we had check-out we were told that we didn't pay and we were asked to pay... Some time was needed for me to contact Booking and for the staff to contact their Boss to solve the situation. Finally everything was fine)
