1)not clean -photos don’t match the reality -dirty sheets -dirty blankets -pillows torn -Baby cot didn’t look clean -kitchen not clean -bathrooms not cleaned properly (toothbrush cup very dirty, looks like there is mold) -air vents are taped with cardboard and tape 2)misrepresentation of quality in photos (the photos look much nicer that what the apartment actually is) 3)loud construction zone

Good location, nice design, clean and equipped kitchen.

Apartment is a bit used, some repairments would be useful. Also we had unpleasant incident, at the day of check-out from the early morning in the building started some plump repairment works and we could not use WC completely. It was definitely a problem for our family of 4 adults and 2 kuds. The owner apologized, but could not anyhow else resolve the situation or at least make any compensation.

Beautiful, there was all that you need for a comfortable stay.

Beds were a bit bouncy.

Lovely spacious flat. Three good sized bedrooms (two doubles and a twin). Main double en suite with WC, shower, sink and Bidet, Second bathroom with WC, sink shower and bath. Nice through living room / dining room. TVs in Living room and main bedroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Utility room with washer, dryer, sink and line. Very good air con and heating. Supermarket nearby.

The picture in the ad. was not the flat we were in, but no less nice. May not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems, as the shortest route to the Passeo Reding is a steep flight of steps. Although door to the block is on Calle Ibarra and a car can be driven right to the door.

Great location 5 min walk to beach 15 min walk to city centre 20 min walk along beach to harbour Quiet and safe location Good facilities available for example washing machine and dryer large apartment lifts are available Host 10 out 10 so helpful and always on hand

The bathroom, ensuite and kitchen could do with some modernising. property is located on a steep hill I didn’t mind this but for anyone with mobility issues may be a problem
