Everything was very good there, I would happily stay again.The apartment was great.

The front door actually caused me a bit of grief by not being able to get in due to the lock sticking. That was the only issue which did only happen once.

There was black mold on walls in all of the rooms, this affected the airquality in the appartment in a big way, I had a hard time sleeping because there was poor noice isolation so anny movement from other guests would be enough to wake me up. There was also a broken chair in the room that i see someone else have mentioned earlier that they have not fixed.

Generally clean - bed, bathroom and kitchen

It could do with some TLC to be honest. The door from bedroom to kitchen needs fixing, leg to 1 dining chair is broken and general decoration needs refreshing as some dampness on bedroom wall and bathroom ceiling. Also no hairdryer provided as advertised and no condiments or bottle of wine provided as advertised.

The privacy and the fact that it was like a mini home. All kitchen equipment were provided. It was generally okay.

-Water seeping from the walls. -Central heating was turned off at a time. -Seats/chairs around dining area had bad legs. I almost fell off.

Nice size studio flat. A little bottle of wine in kitchen. A lovely gesture! Clean.

Noisy neighbours upstairs!

The place was infested with ants even when there was no food in the room. Ants crawling on the floor everywhere. We tried to book another hotel but we couldn't find one due to all being full. On the last day we were going to check out only at 11:00 but the hot water stopped in the morning around 6:30 itself so we couldn't have a shower. Highly disappointing stay. Will never book again in this place. The photos below are all of the living room. We expect refund for this stay. Regards

My son stayed when travelling for work, I booked it for him. He loved it and we tried to book again but it wasn’t available

water in the shower took awhile to heat up and didn’t last long while it heated up but overall clean and happy

nothing, it was terrible cockroaches and excrement on the fridge.

it was dirty, no seating area outside and avoid if you have epilepsy as the room light will sure to trigger a fit!

Everything, when we arrived the bed was covered in crumbs and human hair, the mattress protector was pee stained, no dusting was done all pictures attached

The location was nice, easy access to the city centre.

No hot Shower, heating didn't work. Next room people were really loud. Didn't sleep at all. Light was flickering. Couldn't contact anyone in charge.

Decently clean although bathroom had black mold

paper thin walls woke us up every night with people peeing in the toilet in the middle of the night right through the wall.

Very poor hot water in the bathroom. Tried to contact the landlord (left a WhatsApp message and a message on their ‘problem hotline’) for advice but never heard back.

The studio was so comfortable. We had all that we need. The nearby places help us a lot on the food supply, public transport and lovely park to walk and run.

The location is decent in terms of getting to Cardiff and there are several heritage sites about if you drive. It's up a hill in Newport so it's tricky to walk to the station/city centre and parking is terrible. There are some shops and a pub on the same road.

- Arrived at check-in time - the key box had no key. Checking-in info was from Richard, not Adam - we called 4 times but he never answered/messaged. Studio was double booked - the cleaners (nice ladies) had to move previous person's things upstairs while cleaning. We weren't prewarned about this. We got in 70+minutes later. - On the ground floor of the house but 17 steps to the front door. - Damp in several places & damage to the walls. - Plug socket by bed unusable - blocked by frame. - TV Remote's missing. - I kept cutting myself on chair moving it. Other chair had a pad missing on one leg. - Fridge wasn't stable & kept moving when opened. The freezer wasn't particularly clean & had built up frost. - Washing machine's drawer was full of water - I poured it out & removed the lump that was in it, putting my own softener in it. It filled back up with water. - Shower's wasn't very fast, taking time to warm up. Kept going hot and cold seemingly both at random & when someone used the water, whether within studio or not (partner tried the sink & we could hear other people turning on taps on other occasions). - Mini hob/oven had so little clearance from cabinets above it that we didn't risk using it. You can move it, but there's not a lot of space to do so & we didn't feel comfortable. - Patio/garden is overgrown & has steps to get up to it. - Parking's awful - it's not ample. It's constantly full. We had to cut our days out short to try & get a spot. It was still very hard to park - several times my partner had to park further up the road by the traffic lights (1 hour stay until 6pm) & wait for someone to move. It really put a dampener on our holiday. - The toilet the other side of the wall behind the bed is loud and woke me several time. - Water also ran loudly through the pipes.
