You basically don't get any better than this place - it's in a perfect location where you can easily walk to wherever you want to go, there's a beautiful view off the back deck that made me smile every morning when it was the first thing I saw coming out of my room, and it's a spacious & comfortable space that allowed me to have friends visit for a few days and even host family friends for dinner. Impress everyone you know by inviting them to visit you at this amazing place. You 100% want to stay here.

The location of the rental was excellent - a few blocks from the center of town at the quiet end near the galleries. The unit had good size rooms, was clean (with one exception), and the property manager was quick to respond when we needed something. Unfortunately, we did have some issues. The master bathtub was dirty when we arrived, and the drain was extremely slow, so 2-3 inches of standing water accumulated while taking even a quick shower, and crud came up from the drain into the tub. It was pretty disgusting. The first floor unit had major construction all week, and a new house was being built next door. So the noise was loud and very disruptive. It would have been nice if the owner had told us about the construction going on long before the day we arrived. We were hoping for a quiet week, but it was not nearly as peaceful as we had hoped. Whenever anyone walked up or down the outside stairway (which was used by the third floor unit), the entire building shook. It was nerve-wracking and made us feel like the building was unsafe. When I told the owner about this, he said that he knew about it and that the building needed some bracing, which he said was part of the construction happening on the first floor. I wish he had warned us about that in advance. On Thursday, the owner of the first floor unit told us that she was having a drain pipe replaced on Friday and we would not be able to use any water for 2-3 hours that day. We told her that was not convenient for us, and eventually she agreed to have it done after we left. It was not cool that she put us on the spot like that. The other thing that surprised us was the lack of common supplies. We had to ask for blankets, which were in a locked closet! There was no soap in the showers, no shampoo/conditioner, no tissues, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and none of the other small conveniences that we're used to seeing in high-end vacation rentals. I would have liked a heads-up about the lack of supplies, because we could have brought them with us. But if we had known about the construction noise and disruptions, as well as the lack of structural instability in the building, we probably would not have rented this unit. We did tell the owners about all of these issues, but they responded by simply defending themselves and taking no responsibility instead of acknowledging the fact that all of these things affected our ability to have a great stay there.

Second time for all four of us. A great place and experience. New furniture in living room a plus - great to have wardrobe in 2nd BR - lower bed in master a plus - the nightstands in the 2nd BR might not be so tall - with the queen bed and tight space one hits their arms on the nightstands. The sand / dirt coming from the upper deck into food and drink remains a concern and am curious as to why it hasn't been taken care of - there are times when this makes the deck simply not usable. The ever increasing fees and cleaning fees have almost reached a tipping point - especially when guests have to strip the beds and do the laundry ??? The owners are always the best.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The check-in process was easy, the condo was clean, the views where fantastic, comfortable beds and furniture, and it includes parking (a tight spot, but that’s better than most for downtown P-town). If you love Provincetown, I recommend this spot. We felt it was a great value (plus there is a celebrity neighbor who is a famous author I’ve read for years and finally got to meet in real life). Only comment would be that the condo include some small soap/shampoo for the shower and baths, and possibly some cheap beach towels.

The property was lovely, directly on the harbor with beautiful beach and views. Location ideal. Property parking a plus. Attentive owners who provided excellent recommendations. Would recommend without reservations.

This is the second time we stayed at this location and we had a great week again. I love the panoramic view and the easy access to a really nice part of the bay beach. It is also an easy walk to restaurants, galleries and all PTown has to offer.

This property is super comfortable and relaxing. We shared it with another couple and we had plenty of room. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the water view. We loved how easy it was to walk everywhere . Highly recommend!

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to east end coffee shops, far land provisions and galleries. It is RARE to find a spot with parking on site as well! Super clean inside and all the amenities you could wish for. Property manager is hands off which I appreciate but when needed is available in a snap!

View in front is a lovely neighborhood that is steps from the strip which has restaurants, galleries and shops. Community is very welcoming and friendly. Condo is lovely. Updated very tastefully and had everything we needed. , Should have booked for longer stay!

Once the town “reopens” for busy times, the location of the rental is right in the thick of everything. We were extremely satisfied with everything.

The condo is beautiful, modern and steps from the beach. Our family had such a wonderful time. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Provincetown is friendly and welcoming to all. We will definitely visit again.

Quite pleased with condo. Nice location. ..and the Cape is glorious in September and October. This was the second time we rented this condo. No complaints.

Great property -location on the beach, near the center of town. Love staying here and will again. At the time, there was construction next door that began at 7am in the morning, every day that was annoying.

We already requested to book for 2022 so that should say it all. The property is newly renovated with just enough of everything- the spaces were well appointed but not crowded. The 2 baths were very clean and modern, the outside space lovely and the view unbeatable. Steve and Liz were terrific- quick to respond and they seem to have thought of everything.
