This is a wonderful terraced upstairs apartment in Breda's Centrum district. It has space to sleep 6, a nice kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Secure parking was available for 10 Euros/night. The host bought and brought us fans the day after an unseasonably hot day.
Like many properties in the Netherlands, this one doesn't have air conditioners. It also doesn't have the upper windows that you can open, like many properties. There is a door to the terrace and a large window you can prop open. This, of course, means that you will have some bugs and such enter throughout the night.
The property has a lot of charm and plenty of sleeping spots. However, there is limited storage space for suitcases because of the many small items placed throughout the apartment.

Luc was a really great host, not overbearing, but always available. Location of the apartment was located in the very center of Breda, only 2 minutes away from all the most interesting things in the city. It also has a large terrace where we relaxed during our stay in the apartment.
Entering the apartment and finding the parking location was a bit complicated.

Nice, large terrace with BBQ, clean and well equipped. Very friendly and organized landlords.

Amazing location, on top of everything but still a quiet oasis. Patio off the back was a lovely sanctuary overlooking a leafy courtyard. The decor and amenities brought everything together. Hosts were polite and responsive to questions.

The apartment was amazing! One of the best apartment I have ever been to. Especially the bed was so comfy, I loved it 😍 There were also the speaker and a welcome prosecco... we really enjoyed it <3

It is such a lovely place! The host was very kind, the room was very nicely decorated, equipped with nicely smell hand soaps <3 all made us feel very welcomed.

Perfectly well located in the old city Center of Breda (walking distance from everything), the apartment is as beautiful as handy and a ton of convenience that can’t be seen on the pictures made your stay so comfortable! (awesome coffee machine with good coffee, tea, bottled water, fully equipped kitchen with basic ingredients, great beauty products in the bathroom, smart tv, music boots, ton of very soft blankets, cables for charging your stuff etc)
