Loved the roomy space and comfort of the suite. Only stayed 1 night but would book again for a longer stay. Great facilities also.

HUGE room located in the main street next door to the pub/bistro, so very handy for dinner and a drink. Very modern and super clean, lots of cupboard storage if you're planning a longer stay. Large bathroom and big shower head. Microwave, toaster and coffee machine were an extra bonus. Rooms accessible via stairs or a lift as they are on the first floor. Very comfortable stay and would be more than happy to book here again.
Street parking but right out the front which was ok.

Very well appointed rooms with great facilities. Convenient location. Pub next door with good food. Some undercover parking for motorcycles.
Some noisy people in the next room were easy to hear.

Very look location with easy parking. Great size room and very quite, clean and tidy. Excellent shower.

As the beds were on castors, they would wheel around when you moved on the bed.

Spacious apartment on special so was excellent value. Very clean and modern. Reception in pub, so easy to find someone.

could hear the guy in the next room snoring, no password for internet, and no guide or information on anything.

So surprised at the great location and the quality of the room was exceptional. The reception is in another part of the building. The staff were really helpful with check in and finding the correct building/ parking.
we were arriving late. I wish I'd none there were quite a few dinner options within a few metres.

the staff. the internet was not working and staff were very helpful in trying to figure out the problem. Simon worked hard to ensure it was back on. the receptionist and Simon where both very friendly and professional.
choice of pillows
the room while large lacked any warmth. there was no information in the room about how to: use the internet, cost of snacks and drinks left in the room, anything about Goulburn or surrounding area. the towels were not soft and were small. while I applaud establishments that have facilities for differently abled people I had not asked for one and therefore found the shower uncomfortable.
