Le loft fait 95m2 et a été entièrement refait à neuf par un architecte avec des matériaux et meubles de qualité.
Il est composé d'un grand séjour avec canapé et TV (freebox + Netflix), un espace dinatoire donnant sur une cuisine ouverte, de 4 chambres doubles avec lit 4 étoiles Queen Size (160x200), 2 salles de bains + WC séparé.
Sa cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée (Plaques à induction, micro-ondes, réfrigérateurs, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle). La salle de bain contient également un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
Chambre 1 : Derrière une verrière, cette chambre comprend un grand lit double (160x200), une penderie. Une fenêtre donne sur la terrasse extérieure.
Chambre 2 : Un grand lit double (160x200), avec accès à une salle de bains + WC et une fenêtre ouverte sur le petit patio extérieur.
Chambre 3 : Un grand lit double (160x200), une penderie et une fenêtre ouverte sur le petit patio extérieur.

We had a nice time in this apartment, well located for us. It could be perhaps a bit more equipped but for a two days stay, it was perfect.

We really enjoyed the property and its in a good location. We changed the stay from 3 night to 2 with the property manger's permission as we could not get a train back from Lille (Rugby Game) the third night. He could not change it on his end so I cancelled the booking and rebooked. Of course the price had changed from my original booking and he refunded the difference as per his advice. He did not refund the extra day plus I was charged a wire transfer fee from the refund. I could have done nothing and not been out any money and the hassle of changing all of that.

..nice! very gut Area and very quiet..well Florian has to invest a bit (all from IKEA ) for his kitchen (only a 100eur) then looks everything clean ..as it is now has not the best impression ..it takes a bit of attention from him ..to ask for this money..!

The property was modern, clean, in a great loacation, near the train station, metro. We had a great couple of days there and would recommend to other small groups.

It was a perfect apt. to stay in in Paris for my friends and I. Close to transportation and had a great neighborhood feel. It was very easy to figure out getting around using the Metro or buses. Highly recommend restaurant a few doors down Nous 4. Food was wonderful and service exceptional. Miss our morning croissant at local bakery. Last day bought bread, ham and beignets for our train ride. Florian answered any questions promptly. I found everyone in Paris friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time.
Only issue we had with the apartment was the slipper shower. Use caution, so you don’t slip.

It was perfect for our 2 night stay in Paris. Very clean and communication with Florian is great. He helped with questions that had nothing to do with the rental. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic apartment exactly as pictures described! Perfect neighborhood location, where we could run into the market for quick supplies. We will definitely stay here again when we return and have a longer time to stay. It was perfect for our family of 6 and super easy to check in & out for our quick trip. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries.

This was an amazing place to stay nestled close to the local market, shops, cafes and restaurants and the metro. The facilities were adequate and provided a quiet sanctuary to relax after a day exploring.
I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and immerse yourself in the lifestyle. We certainly hope to return in the future.

This apartment worked so well for our two families! It is so close to many eateries, bakeries, bars, and the train station. We felt very safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night. The farmer’s market in the neighborhood square was a 2 minute walk from the apartment! While a bit far from most of the Paris tourist attractions, we quickly learned to use the metro network and easily got everywhere we needed to go including Versailles and CDG. It was actually nice to be on the outskirts of tourist town and mingle with locals! The apartment was well stocked and sleeping arrangements were well suited for 8 people. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again.

House was as is in the pics but could’ve been
a little cleaner. Lots of dusts, the terrace/patio
also covered with green mildew. I definitely recommend the neighborhood it is nice, and

The apartment was a great spot for our family of 5 with teens/young adults. We had enough space to spread out. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would be a few more fans for the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, close to train/métro/buses, steps from great farmers market 6 days a week. Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance to get anything you may need and lots of bakeries near by with delicious baguettes and other goodies. Very quiet area. Great spot for getting around enjoying the city and resting when you choose to do so. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

We had a lovely time in the apartment. The apartment itself is very quiet and comfortable, with large spacious rooms. We very much enjoyed the location. We were surrounded by everyday Parisians but could easily make our way to all the sites a tourist could wish to access. The area is full of restaurants and food stores so finding food was simple. Best of all, there was a fantastic market down the street.

This is a fantastic property that has plenty of room for a family! It was very clean and located in a fabulous, non touristy area of Paris only a few minutes walk from Gare de Lyon Metro station. There are plenty of groceries nearby and even a local market just steps form the door to the left on Saturday mornings. The washer and dryer worked great (after we figured out you have to empty the water tank in the dryer) and all the conveniences like coffee maker and tableware were taken care of. The host was excellent and responded very timely to the few questions I had before arrival. The check-in process was clearly communicated and I felt very safe and secure while staying here.

The property manager was easy to deal with and he got right back to me when a slight issue came up and he was attentive. The apartment was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was great with lots to do. It was also very close to the train station, easy to get an Uber or taxi as well to get to attractions. Overall wonderful place to stay and very affordable. I would recommend especially for families.

The apartment itself was good but very basically equipped (no kettle!) but as we ate out mostly it wasn’t a huge problem. (And we made hot drinks with a pan of water) Perfect for a base for two families although very warned it’s quite a warm apartment and one of the bedrooms has no window so we couldn’t get fresh air in there. Beds were comfy and showers nice and powerful and we felt nice and secure behind two locked gates to enter. Would come back as the area is lovely and vibrant and had a little flea market every morning in the square .

Hidden away behind three doors, this apartment was a super quiet place to return to after a day of wandering and sight-seeing. The cooking facilities are pretty basic but that's hardly a bother when there's so many restaurants and bars just along the road.
It could be a little too hot in the one bedroom that doesn't have a window, but we had a great time nonetheless. Well worth considering for any future trip.

The four bedrooms made for a spacious stay. For our family of five. The neighborhood is lively and traditional market and supermarket a half block away. Not super close to tourist attractions but conveniently located near subway stations.

English speaking and Family friendly
This property was adequate for a family traveling with a small child and an elder with minor mobility issues. Host answered in a timely manner despite difference in time zones. Neighborhood has a good amount of your immediate needs to set up house within walking distance. Refrigerator is small and there is a cooktop (no oven). Remember to bring your electrical adaptors and a power strip. There's not much to complain about. We had a great time!

Le logement est situé dans une cour au calme proche de la gare de Lyon.
Il est moderne. Refait avec goût.
Nous l’avons aussi choisi pour sa terrasse. Étant fumeur, nous voulions impérativement un espace extérieur pour ne pas être obligé d’aller fumer dans la rue. À réception du mail indiquant les modalités d’accès à l’appartement quelques jours avant notre arrivée, il était indiqué l’interdiction de fumer, manger… sur la terrasse. Dommage que ce ne soit pas noté dans l’annonce.
Mis à part ça, le propriétaire est réactif et je recommande ce logement.

Het appartement is prima maar basic. Prima slaapkamers, twee badkamers is wat krap en de entree is vanw3ge restauratie niet zo goed. De woonkamer / open keuken is groot genoeg en heeft alles, alleen het meubilair kan beter, is gedateerd. Maar de locatie in Parijs is prima.
