We had a lovely stay here for two nights while hiking the area. Very welcoming and friendly family house. Private stairway and separate bathroom and bedroom. Lovely breakfast with flexible timings and an honesty bar. We bought in own drinks but good selection available. Beautiful outdoor decking and indoor sitting room. TV in room with lots of sockets. Beautiful seaside area. Off season for us but lots of bars and places to eat in walking distance. Car park available and Wifi. Hosts happy and able to give privacy. Information folder in room. Lovely fully stocked bathroom with bath and also a shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We recommend the Wash House. They do not serve food but are very happy to accept you with takeaways and will provide plates and cutlery and condiments.

The bed though comfortable was a bit squeaky. Everything else was perfect.

Friendly welcome, great location with parking available. Clean, tidy room and communal areas. Host excellent and made our mini break very easy.

Pleasant B&B in quiet area of Milford on Sea, short-ish walk from village center and it's wide range of eateries. Easy parking on driveway. Helpful host. Nice self-service breakfast. Pleasantly decorated room overlooking fields with views towards the Isle of Wight. Decent bathroom (not en suite).

Don't expect an actual view of the sea.

Location ideal for us (travelling to Isle of Wight). Breakfast very good.

Friendly and welcoming host, good parking, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, lovely decor throughout, lovely decked seating area outside overlooking fields, brilliant breakfast, what more could you want? Steve went the extra mile providing all the little extras to make our stay comfortable,. My coeliac husband was also well catered for. I wish we could have stayed longer in this delightful home from home. Thank you Steve x

Steve was an exceptional host who made us feel very much at home, it was a lovely location, really quiet so slept amazingly well and the continental breakfast was superb! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house is exceptional. It is a large, beautifully decorated modern house. Steve sleeps in a private area, he gave us the run of the house which included two large lounges, a large kitchen and a fantastic garden/patio area at the rear which looks out over the fields. There is a shared bathroom but it is only ever shared if both the rooms are let to the same groups so we had it totally to ourselves. Everything was spotlessly clean and a tasty continental breakfast was supplied each day. Steve was a wonderful host, there if we needed him but totally unobtrusive. There is a large private parking area at the front of the house. The house is a very short walk into Milford on Sea. We would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Steve literally gives his house up for you free use of kitchen and a large part of the living space. It was spotlessly clean very well presented and great view ( field of dreams or children of the corn ) great location to get around the South Coast.

Steve has done a brilliant job in making his home into a warm and welcoming B and B. The accommodation is brilliant with great facilities and a lovely peaceful outlook. We will certainly hope to come again.

Exceptional in every way. 10 out of 10 and I dont think there is anything that could be done to make our stay more comfortable.

There is nothing here not to like. probably the best b&b I've ever stayed in and excellent value for money.

Steve was a very helpful & friendly host. His home is absolutely lovely, a lot of thought & care have gone into the furniture & fittings. The Tuk Tuk is unexpected and has been brilliantly converted into a mini bar. The property is located on the edge of a field so its really, really quiet and the only noise I heard was the birds in the morning. My room was clean and comfortable, I had the bathroom to myself, there were plenty of towels and the shower is modern, powerful and hot with plenty of hot water. I didnt want the offered cold breakfast as I dont eat breakfast very often although Steve was very helpful and happy to offer me taking some items with me as a `packed lunch` option if I wanted to and this was very much appreciated. Steve has a roomy, secure garage where I was able to store my mountain bike (he also keeps 2 mountain bikes for his guests to use if required), and Steve also told me about a cycle route to Lymington which is direct or there is an option to cycle around the salt flats. Both routes are really nice and are suitable for both cycling and walking. There is plenty of off road parking available at the front of the property.

Beautiful B&B in a lovely location, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Steve was a great host and his home is lovely, we will definitely be going back at some point.

The property was spotless when we arrived, adequate off street parking, within walking distance of town. Our host was very friendly and made us feel at home, he gave us advice on local areas and restaurants. We had access to the kitchen and a separate living area for our personal use. There is a beautiful terrace with great views for when the weather is better. Location is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep, plus bed was very comfy. Free WiFi available. Breakfast is continental but we found it adequate especially loved the warm croissants. Would definitely stay here again.
