Beautiful property, great location, fits 6 comfortably in the main living spaces.
No kitchen essentials like coffee/tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, and/or basic spices. Lack of useful knives for cooking or parchment paper. We expected more in this respect and were disappointed.
Also- bunk beds in one bedroom were not ideal for a couple to sleep in.

Exceptional customer service and very understandable. Well designed and maintained property, conveniently located, steps from the Village at Blue. We were 3 couples, celebrating my 60th birday on April 1st. When a Vacasa agent extended our check-out time beyond our expectations that was an amazing customer appreciation gesture - a real gift for all of us. We'll come over again for sure! You made my birthday stay a memory of all times!
As the property can accomodate up to 8 people, there should be at least 3 parking permits available rather than only 2.

Any calls or emails to management were quickly answered which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was so well stocked with beautiful dishes and a variety of appliances.
The garbage disposal instructions could be much clearer.

too many stairs and we did not know that or we would NEVER have taken that place.The tv did not work.properly.
and the stairs were NEVER advertised in the brochure -also in the advertisement you lead us to believe we were downstairs, as one picture shows the bbq on the ground with chairs around (that was false) We are all seniors (in our 80s) and the stairs were far too much and too many!!! We called Vacasa but they would do nothing to help us.

The location was great very near to the village. Except the check in is too late and the checkout is too early. It would've been fantastic to add an hour for both check in and check out.

Loved the accommodations....so much room...they had Everything there...pots, pans, cutlery, plates, dishwasher, washer ,dryer, ....and a BBQ in the back....we loved spending 2 nights there...so convenient and close to the village

Location was amazing and it was comfortable and a great size.

It was a fantastic experience, we like to drive over to Blue Mountain every year and we will definitely be booking back at Wintergreen next year, my son also requested that we book the exact same town. It was so comfy and cozy and had absolutely everything that we needed. I have stayed at the village and at North Creek as well, Wintergreen hands down beats them both.
That check in was at 4 pm and check-out was at 10 am.

The pots and the pans in the kitchen were absolutely disgusting. You couldn't even use half of the stuff in the kitchen. Most of it should be thrown in the garbage. The barbeque needs replacing as flames were shooting up. The beds were clean upon arrival, but it didn't look like anything else was cleaned. I vacuumed, dusted and disinfected everything before we unpacked. I also never received my day of email stating my entry code, so I had to call the 1-800 number for that. I also had to call for more towels. They arrived within the hour. :) Our apartment also only had one parking pass and we had to request one other pass.

Great location.. close to everything and the house was spotless and very clean.... Check out could be a little later though!! 10 am is waaay to early to have to get up on vacation!
