The position of the flat was perfect
The hot water was an issue, the shower worked. The taps in the kitchen and bath didn't produce hot water

great location in Chelmsford, easy parking and access to local area. Ryan was quick to help when we provided feedback, polite and efficient.
when we arrived we were disappointed by how dirty the property was. Another issue was the main bedroom which was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in - the beds were also pressed against the heaters (fire hazard in the winter). lack of towels and toiletries as specified in the accomodation details.

location. communication with owner was great! Nice apartment for a short stay.
fridge was too small. Apartment was a bit of a squeeze for 5 adults
shower could use a full screen to save the water splashing everywhere.

I’m sorry, but the bathroom floor was incredibly dirty with feathers, dirt etc behind door and around bath. Other than that property seemed clean thank you

The property I can not fault it was tip too standard with the modern new decor & super squeaky clean! The host is super professional & made everything easy. Key collection is just a 2 min walk. I would love to stay here again.
It included all things you would need to cook etc & also Netflix!
Well there wasn’t any views at all but that’s really not a big deal! It is smaller than apaetments I usually book but again it was super clean and a very comfortable stay.

Shower is powerful and nice. Clean apartment, windows open nicely.. Towels, shower gel, extra pillows shampoo etc, hairdryer supplyed.. Nice kitchen with all the exipment, although didn't cook there or get to use the TV
Bathroom sink no hot water working and could of mentioned the fridge was smaller than usual as we brought a big milk.. These are small issues and didn't cause any problems really.. Nice location, but a little confusing when first time finding the location as tucked away.. Key a bit stiff getting in, without making noise, knack to it..

Very kind and generous host who responded to questions immediately and sought to accommodate me in difficult circumstances.

Great location and excellent service at check in and throughout the stay from the team. Property was well equipped with everything needed.
Beds could be firmer and having to drop the keys on check out rather than leave them in the property was a pain.
