Great location, very helpful staff
The staff was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and stay when we were there. Will definitely be back.

The cabana is well suited for a family. The bedrooms are comfortable and of decent size, and the kitchen and bathrooms are more than adequate. The property is a short walk from either the beach or the sound. A 10-minute drive will also get you to much quieter and open stretches of beaches. We could have done with more seating for dining or for watching TV. Overall, a very good value.

The cabana is well suited for a family. The bedrooms are comfortable and of decent size, and the kitchen and bathrooms are more than adequate. We could have done with more seating for dining or for watching TV. Overall, a very good value.

Stylish property but difficult trek to the beach
Super clean, fully equipped. Nearest grocery store is 25 minutes, Kitty Hawk is 35 which is where activities are. Distance to the beach would not a huge deal for folks without kids. We zigzagged through neighborhoods to get to the beach and were screamed at that we were trespassing on someone's property.
We eventually drove through another neighborhood to get to the beach but again it was not close enough to make that journey easy.
All in all we loved the place but wouldn't recommend it if you have tons of beach gear or young kids.
